I think your strategy with the lighter foods and smoothie is great. The smoothie's fibers and etc might even help for later when you've eaten your money's worth.
This Lechon was the crunchiest I have ever had 😍 I did not make reservation. It was not busy before 1 pm in my experience and now they have this system where they text u when ur turn comes instead of the usual standing in queue
My strategy is to stay away from eggs, bread and rice cause it makes me feel full quickly. I pretty much focus on the shellfish with just a little bit of protein and definitely leave room for dessert. Your before and after picture is hilarious. Thanks for being so real.

Agree with you! Few dishes combined together is already $60++ in other restos. I lost weight from this buffet because I got sick from overeating that weekend 😂 I should have paced myself
