I’ve been in a rut mentally lately and it was refreshing to just know I’m not alone and you inspired me to clean my room and not lay in bed being sad

As someone who works at Sephora in the skincare section and I’m one of the most visited stores in nyc, I got you. Honestly consistency is the best thing with skincare. To know what your skin type is I recommend washing your face and not putting in skincare after for 30 min. If you notice tightness in certain areas or even flakey skin that is an indication of dry skin. If you notice your face is looking really shiny and feels oily to the touch that is an indication of oily skin. There is also in between such as having dehydrated skin but I would just focus on the basics first. If you have questions you can always ask!

destinyyy! i love you and just want you to know that your mental health is so so important and if you ever need a break, don't ever feel like you can't take one! we love and understand what you're feeling, and we hear you hun! we want you to do what's best for yourself. you've become one of my fav and comfort youtubers, i will literally watch anything you post! don't ever feel like a burden with expressing your sadness, it's better to let it out than keep it in!
I used to have a los of acne in my forehead until I started using tea tree oil in my skin! Fortunately the Body Shop has a tea tree cleanser, toner, face oil and moisturizer! So they’re a blessing, and staying with that skin care routine prevents me from breaking out. I really recommend those products to anyone who has problems with acne.
Eat beetroot make a salad of it 🥗 , beetroot cleans the liver
Didnt work for me. Got a lot of advice from everyone tried in 10 years almost everything. The only thing that finally works for ME is accutane

Girl I love ur videos!!! I was struggling with acne in the same spots (more on the side) - if you’re up for it you should try going to the derm because I’ve read that acne on the sides are most likely hormonal breakouts!! The derm can help because sometimes different products can’t help if it’s more hormonal🤍 just wanted to tell you bc the dermatologist helped me so much

Love the vlog, your content is my comfort zone! I don't know if you already tried this, but changing your pillowcase regularly (once a week) could help a lot with acne on specific sides of the face. Wearing suncreen during the day also helps with scarring :)

Destiny, I have been there. I also had a huge breakout when I was around your age. It’s super frustrating but it gets better ♥️
Drunk Elephant is great. What could also help you is Paula’s Choice BHA Exfoliant. It is a life saver for me since my huge breakout. Another thing that helps with zits is pimple patches and the best are the ZitSticka ones (which are super expensive sadly).
If you continue to experience this breakout, you should visit a dermatologist (if that is outside of your budget try the online service dermatica for personalised prescription topical medication)
If you need further help, I’d be glad to help you. Acne sucks

You should try getting a facial to help with your acne! I went to a local spa that has a facial specifically for acne and I saw SO much improvement in my skin from it!!
