Love your video! Excited to hear your thoughts on Firekeeper's Daughter, I'm reading it for book club!! On another note, I know you mention your anxiety a lot and I love that you feel comfortable to share to make people feel less alone. I suffered with anxiety for my whole life and just dealt with it, but in recent years I started going to therapy and taking medication and it has changed my life. I think everyone can benefit from therapy, but because I relate to how you feel, I really think you would benefit from it. YOU DON'T DESERVE TO FEEL LIKE THIS/LIVE LIKE THIS! I wish someone would have told me when I was your age, I feel like my quality of life suffered for so long because I was such a high functioning anxious person, not to mention how tough it is to have a platform on the internet! I really hope you can find the right therapist for you to help you work through these thought processes. Peace and love!

I always have to have background sounds going when I read, clean, or study. Whether it's music, podcasts, friends (TV show), or RUclips videos. It soothes me. But I also have ADHD and I have to have chaos going on for me to get stuff done lol

girly try tea instead of energy drinks or coffee/espresso caffeine! there's this thing in tea which makes the caffeine release slower so it's not as much caffeine all at once and less of a caffeine crash!

hey des! i've found that DD coffee tends to be super bitter, but i know what you mean about the sippy lids at starbucks. you can always ask for a straw with your drink at starbucks and they'll give one to you no problem. or have some reusable straws kept in your car for when you get drinks out. you deserve to have good coffee always ☕🤍

I don't usually comment, but it breaks my heart hearing how anxious you are all the time. I suffered from crippling anxiety at times. My body does not process caffeine properly. The caffeine actually induces anxiety attacks for me. I do not know your caffeine intake. I am only going off of what I watch, but cutting out caffeine completely helped me so much with my anxiety. I am not an expert. I am not a doctor, but cutting caffeine helped me, and I thought it might help you as well. I wish you all the best. And love all of your videos.

I definitely think you'll enjoy Scythe! I read it when I was in my young YA phase. It's not heavy on romance but the plot felt so fresh from other dystopians I had read before.
