That makes it easier to see as I'm always looking down below my glasses so I'm going to take advantage of this small mirror from coloplast so I can carry it with me when I have to catheterize while out and about because I don't carry a mirror when I'm not home. You know when it’s in because there’s a sphincter that you have to push through, so you’re met with a little resistance. Once you’re past that then you’re in the bladder.

I'm a 69 year old man with a Foley Catheter, and I wonder how you sense when your bladder is full? I have a lot of pain, and my blood pressure goes way up, when my catheter becomes blocked. I'm not para, so I have full feeling. So do you sense a full bladder with blood pressure elevation or what? When my blood pressure suddenly rises, I get anxiety type feelings, what senses do you get? I hear from the nurses that finding the female pee hole is even hard for them to find even with a straight on eyeball view. I just leave all my Foley catheter changes to my nurses.
Well, the one question that I don't see answered here: How do you know when you have to pee? You have said that you have no feeling down there, so I would expect that this applies to the bladder as well? That would let out the "full bladder" feeling that most of us have.
I have four cases of 14 french female straight catheters that she used before she passed away. I will give them to any female paraplegic who does self cathing.
Doesn't seem to be as time consuming and much more clean that the other alternatives that i can think of for women, but, as a guy... damn.. sounds "scary" even if one could see more clearly "the way to go".

I actually have bladder sensation for some reason so I know when I have to pee. I do get a rise in blood pressure though and I get flushed.
Do you still wear a foley catheter on the plane when it's a long flight?
Not usually anymore, but I used to!
I’m disabled my question is what do you night time when you sleep
I pee into a container. I have a video on it if you want to check it out.

I'll have to try this. I use my first finger and middle finger to spread the labia. I still need a mirror.😔
Work on getting eyes in your fingers lol. I spent a lot of time paying attention to what my fingers were feeling while using a mirror at first.
I need a mirrot
Well, the one question that I don't see answered here:
How do you know when you have to pee? You have said that you have no feeling down there, so I would expect that this applies to the bladder as well? That would let out the "full bladder" feeling that most of us have.
I do have bladder sensation but not genital sensation:)
I have four cases of 14 french female straight catheters that she used before she passed away. I will give them to any female paraplegic who does self cathing.
Super❤
Doesn't seem to be as time consuming and much more clean that the other alternatives that i can think of for women, but, as a guy... damn.. sounds "scary" even if one could see more clearly "the way to go".
its definitely intimidating at first!
Hmmm, we are back in your bathroom again! Well, your Pee Videos are always very popular. “Big gaping hole”? Interesting description. Yes, I can understand why the Coloplast product is great with that sticky tab! The mirror is an great idea! You are so graceful with your techniques! How far in does the catheter need to go?
the catheter only needs to go in a few centimeters. Women have a very short urethra!
@@EmpoweredPara Thx for the quick answer.

You're invited to my funeral.
Apparently it was a bad idea to tell a woman her nose would have been cuter if she broke it the other direction.
yep you're definitely on the hit list after that comment lol!
@@EmpoweredPara no offense but you're meaner than a gymnast I know
and it's an absolute requirement to be mean to be a gymnast
she said she wants to watch me get dead
@@johnvelas70 my husband would agree lol
@@EmpoweredPara I don't know if I should send congrats to him for marrying someone with a cute nose, or send my condolences for marrying a meany (who happens to have a cute nose)
@@johnvelas70 both lol!
My question is, how do you know when you gotta pee?
I have bladder sensation which is awesome. So I feel when my bladder is full, I just can't void on my own. I couldn't always feel though right after my accident so I just timed when I had to pee
@@EmpoweredParaI am not being vulgar, I am a subscriber. I watched one of your videos on your non ability to have an orgasm, is there anything at all as far as the health care field is concerned that you can regain the use of your clitoris?
Interesting mamy..
If the mirror still up for non Canadians
How do you know you’re empty after pooping? Do you feel relief?
I feel that I have no more stool in my rectum with my finger. If that seems gross to you go watch my "how I poop" video to see why I have to use my finger lol!
Could I ask you a question yes or no
Just ask lol. You don't have to ask me if you can ask a question haha!
@@EmpoweredPara will u give me a shout out on ur video
@johnhipp604 lol maybe. What's in it for me 😉? Are you in a wheelchair john hipp?
@@EmpoweredPara no a long time ago
@@johnhipp604 you were in a wheelchair a long time ago?
God bless Britt
Did your technique changed after having a baby?
nope, same!

I'm 113.5% sure I don't have any of these anatomical parts. But could you maybe explain to me how to find my brain?

@@EmpoweredPara that ain't not good

@@johnvelas70 half a brain for each lol?
@@EmpoweredPara better than what we got now...
I feel sorry for you to
U are gold queen lady in the world ameen
I tried a lot to empty the bladder, but there was always blood in the urine with inflammation, and I went back to using the condom again
How long did you try it for? Sometimes there is,blood at the beginning as your urethra get accustomed to the friction.
@@EmpoweredPara I have been infected for 8 years. I used 8 times to vacuum for measurements of 14, but there is always blood
@Nezaroo Best oh I see. Well if the condom catheter works fine then that's great:)
Seems to be nothing but guys commenting below!!! Why is that? Hmmmmm.....
I watched a professional medical it said your eretra is North.
It is!
But how do you poo😂😂😂😂😂

As a registered nurse, I very much need to know this, if only to teach it to physicians, other nurses and patients.
As an RN, I need to understand how everybody's plumbing operates and how to deal with its many challenges, particularly in instances of paralysis or coma.
As brother to three sisters and friend to several women, it may prove useful in helping them with VERY real daily problems.
Sorry by the way it’s just so satisfying when I see someone he pee and makes me want to pee😅
