What important thing you didn't cover:
1) you only get 4 reward points per 150 on fuel on selected Indian Oil pump (*not all IOCL pumps)
2) You need to payment via Citibank POS mechine but now a days the selected IOCL pumps are not having Citibank POS 🤣
Almost none of the "authorized" IOC petrol pump carry the POS machine. If swiped in any other POS, no 4 points neither is the 1% surcharge waiter. Its a major drawback.
After 2020, now it is not easy to redeem Turbo Points from Indian Oil Petrol pump. I am using HDFC credit card to avail points than CITIBANK

No use of this card. It's not available in all of the cities. It's only available in 6-7 cities

Dark truth about this card
I used citi iocl card to fill petrol diesel n cng
346 of petrol + 12 rupees surcharge (2.3 turbo points)
500 of diesel + 12 surcharge (3.3TP)
748 of cng + 12 surcharge (4.98TP)
From 36 rupees surcharge only 21 rupees were waived of according to card's t&c
😭15 rupees loss.
Loss of 15 vs turbo points earned 2.3+3.3+4.98=10.58
15-10.58 approx 5 rupees loss.
This Citibank is earning with surcharge and giving less points as compared to our loss and marketing it as 68 litres of free fuel. It's not free. It is paid from extra surcharge they are not waiving off.

I m a citi bank iocl card holder for 3 ys now.. one of the worst fuel card compared to BOB HPCL card for an user who fills around 5k a month... so the card gives 1% surcharge waiver only on selected petrol pump.. plus the POS has to be citi compatible.. the reward points cashback is difficult.. please dont promote this useless card.. rather go for Axis iocl card or sbi bpcl octane
Is there any transaction charges in the petrol pump ? I made a payment of 300 and its showing 311 in the Citibank application.

It is the worst ever card. Using it for last 5 months.
Surcharge on every Fule purchase even if its on their selected outlets.
Mobile App is hell. It takes 5-7 days to reflect transactions in the app.
2 out of 3 times it crashes.
You have to call and argue everytime for surcharge waiver.
Now the new shit has been coming from last few days..

Why be so dumb... a bank that declared a year ago that they are closing operations and then also it is known that they are transferring existing customers to Axis Bank... then how does it make any sense to make video on Citibank India??

@@rohitmohite4882 In selected petrol pump there is no need for Citi pos machine. Can swipe in any machine. Surcharge is reversed and got points also. For redemption need to log in Citi web and can redeem for that particular fuel transaction. It's actually much easier then before. Previously we need to search for Citi pos machine in that pump. Now it's not like that as Citi withdraw it's banking services swiping in any bank pos machine will give points in selected petrol IOCL pump

I have checked lot of Pump in Pune and even in Chennai but everyone is saying now days we are not accepting this.. Go and check a other pumps....
