Oklahoma has been a great program for years. They will figure out the SEC and do well.
2009 season was over the practice before it started. The one weapon NOBODY could cover was Jermaine Gresham. Unbelievable he went down last practice before opening day
DeMarco tore his knee up on the opening kickoff of the Big 12 CG. That's why he didnt play against Mizzou.
My What if? would be What if Curtis Lofton stayed 1 more year? Because if we had a MLB in 08 then that Hernandez shovel pass that beat us up all game wouldve been DOA, and defense wouldve won the day. Those goal line stands were brutal, but we couldve easily won without those points if we had a MLB. Our starting MLB Balagon (sp?) was ruled ineligible before the NCG and we were left with inexperience at MLB against a power run heavy Florida.
At least with the DeMarco injury we had Brown (20+ Ru TDs) who was the thunder to Demarco's lightening.
True but if Murray plays those 2 4 and outs at the goal line woulda atleast scored once if not both times. Also my 2 what is were if Reggie Smith and Malcolm Kelly came back for that season.....omg
There are a lot of critical what if's in our history. Injuries going into the LSU game in, I believe 2004 and the Florida NCG. The lack of defense in the playoff games, when we had the best offenses in CFB

Demarco Murray was 100% who I was thinking. To be in the red zone that many times against Florida and not score. Hard to argue he wouldn’t have made a huge difference.
Jason White vs LSU in 03 is the next one that come to mind.

Ya'll know, projections are throwing a dart at the board, and giving what you "think" will happen. From person to person, that dart hits all over the place. It don't mean nothing. OU makes it's own destiny. They have to play like champions consistently. They can, but they have to do it. We all believe in them, support them, now it's up to them. We have high hopes. Boomer.
