Just Chill a little !! The best QB on earth who plays for the KC Chiefs has lost several WR’s including Hollywood !! They have lost several O linemen !!!! Its amazing how much the loss of these key players has made the KC chiefs transform from world champs to a STRUGGLING OFFENSE WHO ARE RELYING ON THEIR DEFENSE TO WIN GAMES !!! Sounds a lot like OU to Me !!! So the bottomline is this, WE NOW HAVE TWO QB’s who can help us win games !! Some want to blame Jackson Arnold ??? If it can happen in the NFL, it can happen in college !! I would Argue that, At This Time, perhaps We need a better runner at QB who makes very quick decisions, rather than a larger better passer who is a different type of runner, Very good but Not a 4.3 guy like Hawkins !! Sometimes just a change at QB makes a huge difference !!! Same sort of a deal at RB !!!! I think Tater Taylor might be our best RB running the ball while Barnes is the more complete RB because of his ability to protect the QB !!! Just Saying !!

100% honest. I felt like Auburns offense was actually better than Tenn's offense. If they had 1 or 2 more things go their way Auburn wins that game no doubt. That being said OU's defense was a little banged up for the game, and they were wore out from being on the field so much the last 2 games. OU's offense did play better this game. But they still have a long way to go.

That Tenn game took a lot out of them you could tell but by week came at right time

So in these last 6 games, how many snaps has the defense played vs. offense? This is one overworked group of guys. Thank the SEC for the perfect bye week.

Jay, I suspect our defense was a bit gased in that game, even tho they played great in many respects ! Also out O line seems to finally be getting a little bit healthy ! Which is awesome !! A Tenn talking mouth claimed OU’s field was intentionally long and dangerous for their players ???? I don’t believe it but that field did look nasty and so many injuries have occurred there but I don’t believe OU would do that to Temple, Houston and Tulane !!! But all three of the other games played there had many injuries on both sides !! I can certinly understand why they think that !! Its a sad sort of a commentary on our university to have a crappy playing surface !!

I am wondering,why we aren't using the plays books, that Coach Riley had on the playroom database. We have to develop a running attack to be effective in the future. Our play design really needs 32:29 work, screens plays, reverse plays, passing schemes, Offensive blocking schemes, on the front line and down field, better pass routes for running backs. We got lucky this time. However, the real tough part of the schedule are coming... Where are the 4/5 type receiving core and running backs?

We are feeling the losses at WR, Off. line and at Corners. It did not feel like we had a loss at QB or kicker either for that matter. Schmit did a good job.

He looks a lot better than Arnold. I was nothing but support for Jackson and he did nothing but disappoint me. I hope he gets into practice and actually tries to improve rather than being complacent again.
