Hotel Staff: 5/5 Super Friendly
Dinner reservations: 1/5 They kept cancelling on us
Bars: 3/5 Everything was great but they never cut people off, so there was some extremely drunk people there
Animals: 4/5 We saw Monkeys, Stingrays, agoutis and Lots of Iguanas
Excursions: 5/5 we only did the Yal ku lagoon, Tulum cenotes and Scuba Diving But there was many more tours!
Rooms: 2/5 My room flooded from the A/C unit and The glass door had a broken lock
Overall Resort Rating: 3/5

Just be aware of the shops, they overcharge by a lot. Definitely shop around and try to bargain

We’re going down in 3 weeks.,, how was the seaweed?

The water had a barrier so the seaweed couldn’t get through. They were also pretty quick at cleaning any up that was on the beach
