So, to clarify some mechanics of the game for the guys: 1- You guys have radios to communicate with each other when you are in separate rooms. However, there is a fairly common glitch were the radios don't work as intended for some players. 2- Freezing temps only count if it goes below 0C/32F. Also ironically enough many people agree the tier 1 thermometer is the best one. 3- Spirit Box must be used when a single person is alone in the ghost room with the lights off, that has the highest success rate if it is the actual evidence chosen for the ghost. 4- Glow-Stick for UV evidence is not one time use, you just have to reuse the item to get the glow back up. 5- The EMF reader goes haywire during a ghost event/hunt, but it does NOT count as EMF Level 5, that has to happen naturally for it to count as evidence. 6- As shown when Johnny was reading the ghost descriptions, each ghost have quirks that help you identify them without looking for the standard evidence. For example, the Jinn gets weaker when the power box is out, meaning that it will NOT turn off the power box while other ghost can do that. 7- The Mimic, the most infamous ghost type in the game, will mimic the behaviors of one of the other ghost types. The only way to tell that it is a Mimic is that there will ALWAYS be Ghost Orbs, so that means you can have one extra piece of evidence if it is a Mimic. 8- When a ghost hunts there are three things to keep in mind; line of sight, electronic equipment and talking, and hiding spots. Ghosts are generally faster when they have line of sight of you. During a hunt DO NOT TALK and TURN OFF every electronic equipment you have on you. These will trigger a beacon for the ghost to b-line straight for your location. Every map has hiding spots such as closets, lockers, a pile of boxes, etc, that you can hide in/behind during a hunt. You can also straight up hide in another room if you think you can get away with it. 9- As Elliot mentioned, there can be a Ouija Board on the map, but there can be a different Cursed Item on the map instead. Each cursed item takes away sanity per use. Ouija Board can be used to ask where the ghost is. Haunted Mirror does the same thing but shows the actual room. Voodoo Doll can force the ghost to interact with something, but pinning the heart will start a hunt. Music Box will make the ghost sing, revealing itself if you are close to it. The Summoning Circle will force to ghost to spawn in the circle, players then have 5 seconds to run away before it hunts. The Monkey Paw can be used to "grant wishes" 3-5 times but each wish comes with, of course, a catch. The best two are "I wish for knowledge" and "I wish for life." The first eliminates one piece of evidence that will not be found and all of the corresponding ghosts will be crossed off too. You will then be blinded, have muffled audio, and the ghost spawns next to you and starts hunting. The second one will revive a player, random if more that one is dead, and the person who made the wish has a 50% chance of NOT dying from making that wish. There are, of course, other wishes that can be valid. And finally there are Tarot Cards, each with their own effect. The most important ones are Wheel of Fortune that can increase or decrease sanity by 25%, The Sun restoring all sanity for the person who drew it, The Moon for dropping the person's sanity to 0, Death will trigger a hunt, High Priestess will resurrect a dead player or if no one is dead then the first person who dies automatically get revived, and finally The Hanged Man with kill the player who drew it. And that's it. Can't believe I wasted a half-hour typing this up. Hope nobody takes this as condescending towards the guys, since that is not my intention. Just wanted to give out this information if anyone is interested in the game or if the guys want to do a run-back. Happy ghost hunting!
