I’ve got a question on pig feeding. Would you advise feeding pigs poultry Grower Concentrate (40% Crude Protein[CP]) or it MUST be Pig Concentrate (29% CP). The reason besides Poultry concentrate having a higher CP% it’s also significantly cheaper. So are they any advantages or disadvantages? Thank you once again. 🙏🏾

I just want to know what is really happen if sow produce just three piglets
Hi Tina, I am from Central African Republic, I would need advice from you and your team. My sows used to farrow from 12 to 15 which is a good number of piglets by a sow. But the problem i used to lose more than a half of the piglets batch. Please advise me on what medication to give to them from day 1 to 8 weeks of age. because i used to loose my piglets within 1 day to 8 weeks of age. I ll appreciate you help so i can save my farm and increase my production.

Thanks for informing us about a hanging chain that could preoccupy pigs from fighting each other. My concern though is about hygiene. Doesn't the hanging chain attract flies that can leave germs which the pigs could lick and get sick?

Hi , Value Farm , I'm Sbongile the beginner in pig farming, I started with 2 sows & 1 boar last year. So yesterday I had 11 piglets for the first time from both of them . One gave 6& the other 5. My question is , how long do I keep the first boar ???? Because I understand you don't need many boars in your farm. Pls help me 👏👏🌺
