Indirect evaporative cooling limit of product air temperature is wet bulb. Dew-point indirect regenerative air cooling breaks this barrier and cools approaching dew-point, not wet-bulb temperature. Would MEP Academy report on plate HMX - Heat and Mass eXchanger technology implemented in Dew-point indirect regenerative air cooling?
You're correct, the best flow is counterflow. In counterflow heat exchangers, the hot and cold fluids flow in opposite directions. This arrangement maximizes the temperature difference between the two fluids along the length of the exchanger. There are other types (Parallel & Crossflow) heat exchangers used in various other applications.
Thanks, great presentation.
You are welcome!
Very interesting and useful❤
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you! interesting video!
Glad you liked it!
Are plate heat exchangers used in data centres?
Yes, plate and frame heat exchangers are used in data centers.

The first part of this video the flow through the plates is illistrated wrong. Shouldnt they always cross flow?
