I've only started watching these sketches in the past week, because I haven't kept up with SNL for so long. I've watched each one of the Girlfriends Talk Show episodes at least 3 times.
Aidy is my favorite character, but Kyra is really good too, so it's not like the show is carried by one performer. Kyra's boyfriend story segments are the best recurring part of the series. And almost all of the guests were really good too. Miley Cyrus sucked but the episode was still funny.
I wonder why they haven't done one since 2015.
i'm guessing they were probably written by a writer who left the show around then. moot point now, obviously, as neither are still there

I relate to Morgan like crazy. When I was a kid, I was sheltered in a severe way. Long story, but when I was able to be out with other teens, I didn't even know how to swear. I didn't know about the meaning of certain phrases either. I always dressed in a way that my grandparents approved of, similar to Morgan. In other words, I was the kid that the teachers would talk to while the other kids were at recess.
Cecily crushed it. I can't stop laughing.
