I've been looking for this cookie recipe for a long time! It's the best I've ever made
✅️INGREDIENTS
120 g soft butter
90 g of icing sugar
1 tsp liquid vanilla
1 pinch of salt
50 ml of oil 🌻
1 egg
350 g of flour (add gradually until you obtain a smooth, non-sticky dough)
2 g of baking powder
Jam
Oven preheated to 175 © for 10 to 12 minutes
