Hi doc! In a case of dry socket my oral surgeon gave clindamycin od for 3days as Augmentin 625 was prescribed still patients pain didn't subside

Irrigate the socket with normal saline thoroughly,induce some bleeding and give zinc eugenol pack along with antibiotics and any anti-inflammatory drugs
