She dealt with enough in the first game xD
I saw somewhere that the signal tower (which affects everyone's form) gave the doctor some sort of suction cups on his hands and feet. Also, canonically, the tower sucks the personalities, feelings, and traits from the townspeople and then takes their bodies. This is why in the first two episodes of this game there was a lot of clothing that seemed like there were bodies in them before SOMETHING happened. This signal tower also "melts" every person's face, which explains why everyone is SO FREAKING UGLY. I don't know why it doesn't affect Baggie and Sasha though.
Maybie they're too tiny for The UV type radiation tower thingy to pay attention to them?

And the big fat monster has ash or powder falling of him when he moves which explains how he dies also the hunter with the bag on his head has one hole in the bag which explains how he dies and the teacher in the beginning of time disfigured and broke her neck sticking her head in the vent to get the kids which explains why her neck is now disfigured and able to move like that so it’s possible this is a infinite loop of hell

Y’know, to this day, Cory is so right about people spoiling the end of a game with their thumbnail-especially if the game was released that same day. Like… I will forever be mad the day that I got spoiled for the final boss of Cereza and the Lost Demon. Look, I know the final boss may have been obvious for some, but still, it was a plot twist for me (listen, I don’t pick up on hints sometimes), and it got completely ruined because of YT recommending that specific video to me when I was watching a video essay on something completely unrelated, it’s so annoying!

Here's my theory, the doctor is the same species of monster as the chef and the customers in the first game. Because when before you first see the doctor there is a room you past through, with a wall of the same masks, in the first game. To further that, the chefs have an animation, where they take of the masks about 25% of the way to scratch there real face. You even egnolaged that animation.

Reminds me a lot of the bubblehead nurses from the Silent Hill games, and even in the movies. They move in the same sporadic way and also freeze when having light shined on them I think? It's either they move when in the dark or in light. I forgot. But it also reminds me of the mannequins in Resident Evil Village. They do the same thing.
