Arknights - CC#12 Basepoint - Risk 23 (Day 1-2) w/ Blue Poison and Dorothy

I S2M3ed my Dorothy for Week 1 because I want to try her out before Week 2's Mostima stuff. So surely, I'll keep using her when I attempt Week 1's max risk. I trimmed almost 9 minutes worth of footage to show the essentials since it would be the same redundant stall. I may provide full or accelerated footage when I do risk 26 because at least that'll accompanied by external BGM. Composition-wise, I later completed another R23 run but with 6 operators, benching my froggo, Blue Poison. While possible with 6 ops, it required a lot more Dorothy trap micromanagement xD.
Weedy's cannon must be undeployed immediately after firing her S3M3 because of that 75% redeployment tag. Since her S3M3 will recover way before her cannon, a non-empowered yeet in combination with Saileach's S3M3 and Dorothy's S2M3 is needed to stall for her cannon. Once the cannon is ready, a giant yeet is inevitable.
When Spalter is finally is back on the field, it is important to time Weedy's strongest yeet (the one with her cannon) to blast the 'Hateful Avenger' far from Spalter. Then, Spalter's S2M3 will stall out the Avenger's 15 second invulnerability phase. Both skills must be ready in order for this stall to work.
With Spalter on the field, Weedy can either blast the Avenger far far away (hoping that Spalter's S2M3 is ready for a prolonged stall) or blast him close to Spalter so she can stall him a little bit. Spalter will get one-shot by the 'Hateful Avenger' xD. Both yeets are included in the footage.
Future Edit: I kept on using this strat until I unlocked the 'All friendly units have -50% ATK' tag' at Risk 26. Assuming you want to continue this strat template beyond risk 23, you will need to use Dorothy's traps a lot more than this clear showcases to stall usually mob enemies.
I'll patiently await for risk 26 now. Maybe I'll try the other risk 3, 'Hateful Avenger' tag in R26 for the funsies xD
