The key to a lasting transformation is seeing the beauty in yourself, even while suffering and at your “worst”. You can’t hate yourself into your best self. You can have the perfect job, partner, body, friends, money, house, and still be miserable on the inside- hating and re-punishing yourself. At the root of it is usually some hateful words you heard from a trusted person in your past. You have to identify the lies and find where that isn’t the case back then or now. There, you can find wholeness.

    Here are my tips ❤.
-cut off toxic relationships (saying no feels so good).
-I got an ordinary serum and a gua sha, it made such a difference tbh.
-I do only basics: cut my own hair, but expensive shampoo that smells amazing, luxury shower gel, but a mini version & just always clean
-water; but I also let myself drink whatever else (tea I hate, but I cut out sugar-free soda).
    Sleep
And then that’s mostly it tbh.
And I eat only what I like (even if bell peppers for instance are healthy I hate them, so no point forcing urself).

I need to cut off my toxic relationship. I'm constantly walking on eggshells, getting accused of things for no reason. My bf is an alcoholic. No matter what I say or do, it is pointless. I cannot win against an alcoholic. I've been eating healthy and exercising 4-5 days a week but I've still been gaining excessive weight. I honestly think this is due to high stress. I will get a checkup with my doctor to make sure there are no longer underlying issues. I have a hard time cutting things because I'm always optimistic enough to assume there will be growth. He can only help himself at this point. The people that need the most help are constantly in denial.

She looks so healthy and strong willed, I don't think she will put up with being walked all over nor do I think she has the time for it. Strong women won't put up with that shit. You are completely biased about the tattoos and makeup too. Yes, some people are not into that. Just as some people are not into the plain look. Different strokes for different folks, as they say.
The only one that will matter either way is the one who loves her for every part of her and finds her beautiful with or without.
      Something you should learn.
There are far more people in the world than you realize and many people would find her absolutely beautiful and sexy for the things you mentioned. Her makeup also isn't even heavy. But okay. Think what you want to think, as I said you are biased. ✌🏻🐔

I'm currently on my weightloss journey. It's been 3 months and I've lost about 5 inches from my waist. Yay!! All I did was stop eating junk food, i still eat normal meals. And I exercise but it's nothing difficult. Plus my back, legs, and knee feel awesome, they don't hurt anymore.
Edited: because I meant 3 months not three weeks, autocorrect was going based off a previous work schedule texts I was talking about with someone from work.

@Samkainsta damn autocorrect. It was supposed to say 3 months, but damn girl. Calm down, you could have phrased your message better instead of coming across all condescending and rude, because of a typo from autocorrect. Also, 1 inch of fat does not equate to 9lbs of fat for everyone. 🙄 It may be different for everyone since everyone's body is different and some people carry more water weight than others. For me I lost a little over an one and a half inches each month, which is doable when I don't eat junk food or fast food, but I still get to eat good foods I enjoy.

Drink more teas hopefully and all that good stuff
Update: have been going back to exercising, dieting and drinking lots of water and investing in skincare one thing that I noticed and changed about myself is doing too many workouts in one day that worked every muscle other than focusing on one and letting it heal, so I changed it to exercising on a specific part of my body each day like full body on Sunday or Glutes on Friday 3 sets of 10 minutes exercises for all of my exercises or even 5 sets for 6 minute one's LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT MY WORKOUTS AND I'LL POST MY PLAYLIST ON HERE OR PUT IT PUBLIC!!!
UPDATE: Bleached and dyed my hair blonde and have been doing good!!!
UPDATE: I changed up my exercises and divided them into days and will do full body workouts too on days that I workout for any type of one
UPDATE: Tried on some old slacks and they fit looser than before ☺️
UPDATE: Got a gym membership finally!!!!
UPDATE: getting more school supplies for school 😁
UPDATE: GOT A JOB!!! ALSO AM STARTING SCHOOL SOON GOING TO OPEN HOUSE THIS WEEK

Its a harsh reality to accept that physical health and attraction/how you look really does make a big difference in quality of life and opportunity but my opinion is real self love is wanting to give yourself the gift of more open doors in life. Kinda the same way you would feel about ur child being overweight and unhealthy. you dont personally care and it doesn't effect how you love them but you still would want to seem them flourish and to see the world receive your child in a positive way.

As someone who has dealt with oily, acne-prone skin my whole life (thanks, genetics 🙃) I think a lot of people underestimate the power of sleep for skin health.

I was basically forced by circumstance to try to adjust everything else to control my acne, and the single thing that made a hugely visable difference immediately was making sure I got enough sleep. I have never used a product that made as much difference as a solid 7 to 8 hours or sleep does.
I still have the occasional breakout, but it normally coincides with having gotten 6 or less hours of sleep the night or 2 previous.

This is so interesting because I ended up losing weight by eating twice a day (since I wouldn't feel hungry again until early evening.) I realised that eating my dinner early in the evening really helped with weight loss as well as drinking 2.5-3 liters of water every single day really helped me too. I used to have horrible hormonal acne but once I stuck to some basic skincare given to me by my dermatologist, began drinking lots of water, worked out every (very basic exercises, mostly pilates) and just eating well overall, my skin cleared up and I only break out with one or two pimples around my period that would clear out within a week or so. I'm still trying to lose weight but nearly everything you say here, I've been doing without realising and I've been getting results without sacrificing my happiness. I've realised that having a nutritious diet doesn't even make me crave unhealthy food, at least not as often as before. This is great advice imo.
Edit: one thing I wanted to add, many people don't realise that break out a lot (especially around this chin and jawline) because they don't poop regularly or have gut problems, which eventually really affects your hormones and overall bodily functions (according to my derm and gyno.) Fixing your diet and drinking lots of water can definitely improve that.

I will give a tip for the girlies who struggle with their skin. First if you have hormonal acne there's a good chance you have PCOS and see a OBGYN and most insurances will cover that unlike dermatologists.
The OBGYN may give you different treatments depending on your hormone levels and symptoms. They may give you metformin if you're struggling with insulin resistance or spirinolactone for reasons that cannot be understood by humble me.
Mine started me on BC pills and they've been a game changer. It is the only thing that keeps my acne away. I still have a few comedonal acne around my chin the week before my period but as soon as I get it my skin clears up.
Also, if you're breaking out for seemingly no reason, simplify your skincare for a week, see if that helps. You may be overexerting your skin or having a reaction to an active

      Yesssss I do!
-are any of ur relationships violent? Like for instance does someone mistreat u and then u eat? If so, throw the person away.
      -allergies?
-do you eat enough- because u probably don’t
      Other than that:
Stop forcing urself to eat „clean“, or „healthy“.
I had a friend who made himself eat tuna because it’s health-food. Do u do that?
If u hate eggplants, don’t eat them,
If a Coca Cola satiates u,
      Drink one (maybe not sugar-free).
Most of all it helped me to really eat WHATEVER I WANT,
The moment I no longer restricted what I eat,
      I stopped with the quantity.
And of course see a doctor in case u have deficiencies (say iron),
For me it was an allergy which made me throw up often,
      And then I’d overeat.
      X

yes queen i recently stopped this is what i did! Think of eating ask not a task but as something that you need to do only when its required, when i say this i mean dont just eat bc ur bored! And when ur eating chew slowly to really get to taste your food and let your brain process thaf youre eating! While youre eating before you finish all ur food ask urself "am i still hungry?" If ur not then just save it for tommorow c: also try to find the root of whats causing this! Is it trauma? Things like that and lmk if u need more help

I don't binge eat but I do tend to over eat a lot one thing that helps me is :
-stop thinking food is my enemy , food can nurture my body , I can eat anything I want but I don't need large amounts of it
      - you can eat healthy food that you like you don't have to force yourself to eat healthy foods you don't like for instance I love corn, carrots, green beans, cabbages, fruit ( sugar from fruit isn't bad because it's natural sugar what's bad is processed sugar) and etc
      - I really like sparkling water, crystal light flavor packets, tea, I don't have a problem with drinking water cause I love water, I love probiotic drinks too
      - carbs like bread aren't bad we need carbs for carbohydrates, why? Carbohydrates gives us energy but it's a difference between eating them and just over eating
      - if you're still hungry fix another plate of food , the more you fight your cravings the worse the binged get , also drink some water in the process it makes you less prone to overeating
( Also sometimes I cook food and I don't eat it 😭it's like my eyes look at the food and eat for me , which is another problem our eyes eat more than we do)

i would make sure you're eating foods that actually make you feel full. prioritize protein, but carbs are also important. also make sure to stay hydrated. its hard to binge whenever you've been eating foods that are truly good for you. also whenever you eat out of boredom, try to find ways to fill the time rather than eating

I’ve believed in “eating your skincare” for years and I’ve found significant improvement with my overall skin and hair. I took this sleeping supplement from HUM that helped with skin cell turnover and it cleared up my hyperpigmentation; I think exfoliating helps too. A lot of skincare is such a scam.

The thing about mewing….did you know that the language you speak can influence the position you hold your tongue? English speakers will tend to naturally rest the tongue on the roof of the mouth, for example, whereas French, German, and Russian speakers will naturally rest it on the bottom of their mouth. I’m a native English speaker who had to go through major speech therapy as a child, and had to be taught specific tongue and mouth placement to be able to speak to an understandable level. Now, keeping my mouth closed while not in use and keeping my tongue behind my teeth is so natural I don’t think about it, and while I do have some weight problems, my face and jaw have always been in good shape. Also, NOSE BREATHING! It’s so good for you! If a person has chronic allergy problems, especially if they’re younger, it is good to straighten that out right now. Mouth breathing due to chronic stuffy nose can literally change your entire face shape.
