This is so wonderful. Such a great thing about home schooling. They can be outside all day and not stuck in a classroom with only 45 mins outside a day. Another beautiful video! I love your channel!
Saw this video pop up and immediately got inspired to go to the park and do this, we did math and reading as well as our devotional book on a blanket at the park today. Then I actually watched your video when we got back :)
Lovely video thank you for sharing. We schooled outside in the garden yesterday. I feel the rise in temperatures seems to have an impact on the girls inability to stay still so have turned to game schooling a tad more.
As always, beautifully edited and so lovely to watch, thank you x We had a fun lesson the other day, cloud watching 🙂 in the garden, but haven’t tried going to the park for ‘school.’ What science curriculum do you use, it looks nice. Currently we use Schofield & Sims but it’s not at all inspiring, good for knowledge but a bit dull so we liven up with Mud & Bloom and other subscriptions. Would love to look at this one? 🙂
Oh thank you, your always so kind! I love the idea of a cloud watching lesson😍 we do it in the car sometimes but what a great idea to make a lesson of it! We use masterbooks for science it’s lovely but quite simple so we expand on the lessons here and there 💛
I've been meaning to so this with my lot for a while and this inspired me to make it happen! Great idea to call it 'picnic schooling' - definitely borrowing that one.
What a lovely video 🌼 just today, I took my two little girls to a local hotel gardens for our science lesson - I read to them from 'The Wonder of Trees', while they used leaves and oil pastels to make some colourful leaf prints 🍃 I haven't thought about making it a proper picnic though, good idea!

Oh that sounds lovely. School in the garden is so fun, nice to have a change of scenery! Yes that’s so true the heat makes them fidgety doesn’t it!
Beautiful ♥️
Thank you! 💛💛
