    I don’t believe his death was intentional but the fact that Michael is speaking about children in an innocent and caring manner whilst on drugs says it all. The man was always innocent.

      It's absolutely heartbreaking that many in this world see him as a creep when all he wanted was to help children and make children happy, a childhood he himself didn't get to have. I feel he was easier used because he was a very innocent person.

      Been saying that for the longest time.
      “A drunken man’s words are a sober man’s thoughts” is the best way to describe it. Even when Michael was drugged out of his mind and vulnerable enough to perhaps expose any past nefarious acts, he didn’t reveal anything of the sort. That in itself should’ve convinced just about anyone that the man was innocent.

    Malpractice doesn't entail being an accident necessarily. If his death was caused with malicious intent (murder) then it would still be malpractice. Malpractice can be either intentional or unintentional.

    I think he fell into the whole addiction to drugs because he wanted to zone out and forget about stuff that was damaging his headset.

      Yes you are correct about that, I think he had a very difficult life that probably made him one of a handful to experience such difficult things at a young age, he was a jehovah witness but saw his brothers and father behaving in ways they shouldn't, especially around someone not even a teenager 😢 then he had issues around vitiligo and lupus which caused issues, his burn in 84 caused issues and extreme pain for years and years after, there's footage from a photo shoot in 2007 and someone is doing his hair and pulling at it and you can see it causes him pain. Also things like his back and also he had arthritis and bad feet from years of dancing

      Exactly... I have been saying this for almost 15 years. Murray overdosed him and left the room for an incredible amount of time to call 'his girlfriend' who illegally brought him the propofol with the intent of killing MJ. They wanted his estate, music publishing and future earnings to share amongst themselves in due time. Murray was the fall guy for a bigger consortium of conspirators.

I have a friend who knows his friends in the industry. My friend was invited to a house brunch by this connection. He expected it to be incredibly laid back, when suddenly Tommy and Thalia walked in. He said Tommy’s energy was heavy and Thalia wasn’t speaking much unless it was with another woman. Otherwise everything was pretty normal to him. He gave me his friend’s information so we could get in touch about a project. I researched them and realized they were running in similar circles as Jeffrey Epstein so I ended up not reaching out. Think about it: as the most popular and best selling singer/performer in the music industry which earned him the title "King of Pop" MJ had ALOT of insider information (dirt) on MANY of the obviously corrupt entertainment industry's elites.

    The whole propofol issue started in the 90's, he suffered very badly from insomnia for years, especially when on tour or preparing for shows, etc, and often didn't eat well which didn't help. He was initially given it by a called called Ratner as an emergency solution so like most people, youd trust a doctor would'nt you? Then it just seemed to carry on intermittently over the years. I'd also say that the CCTV footage vanished from that night and also in the Murray case the bodyguards in his car lied about where they were sitting, theres an episode of the MJ cast episode 129 that has some interesting insights to the time before his death

    As a 33+ year RN who worked in critical care, I am shocked that a CARDIOLOGIST would be so lackadaisical. They are usually proficient in advanced life support. No doctor, especially one in advanced training, would give CPR on a bed or treat a patient receiving IV sedation so irresponsibly. I would have been shocked if it were a primary care physician, but a CARDIOLOGIST, I don’t buy it. Not for a minute!!!

I'm not sure if you forgot to mention this or just didn't know this. Also, I'm not truly sure if this was recorded on that day; I just know some videos say on screen that the audio was recorded on May 10th, 2009.

    I read 83 minutes and girllll the tea! When researching this moment of his story, I was itching for answers. This book gave good details of the timeline of that morning as well as the environment of his last years on this earth. What I have gathered is that he surrounded with people who just wanted his name to make money. Because a simple outside doctor performing a physical shows that he shouldn’t perform 50 shows. A friend to talk to would show how vulnerable he was. His kids remember him acting off. The notes he had of needing to get in contact with his dad or family members is another example of him being too aware that the clock was ticking.
    This is the most tragic part knowing he could have lived longer especially knowing he deserved it. He deserved years of rest and being given space away from the medias eye. Man got me really sad!

    His death was predetermined, because I didn't know he left the room for 47 minutes, I only heard that he left for 10 minutes. That's enough evidence to show he killed Michael Jackson. It's like who was he on the phone with, and the fact that he only served 4yrs, and then fled to another country once released. Yeah, he was the fall guy but the sad part is that Michael Jackson life was cut short for no apparent reason. I mean he was innocent of child molestation which was obvious but when he died was very sudden and suspicious. He shouldn't have left Michael alone at all. I'm the biggest Michael Jackson fan and I still miss him to this day, music sucks now days and I still cry for Michael because he never found his happiness after the tragedy. I love this because just him leaving the room longer than what he said just proves he did this on purpose.

    The reason Conrad Murray did it is because he was in serious debt. It's in a book called Before you Judge Me and it also confirms in that book that Michael did want Propofol. I would recommend reading it. Also, why would Confraud say I know you would instead of I know you will? Would is a past tense word. Not present. So why would Confraud use a past tense word if Michael wasn't going to be dead (around 10:14)? It sounds like he knew Michael would no longer be around to do it.

    As a nursing student I was able to look up the meds in my drug handbook. Lorazepam and diazapam are contraindicated together because they increase risk of respiratory depression (which is why it should be heavily through administration). Meanwhile, Midazolam could cause cardiac arrest. ALL THREE DRUGS are contraindicated together due to increased CNS and respiratory depression. Both of these are fatal as CNS depression is the suppression of brain activity and respiratory depression is hypoventilation, such as shallow breathing. If these meds could be used together it should have been administered by a anesthesiologist.

    • @ilywall9024
      @ilywall9024 9 дней назад +1

      And all of this is incredibly dangerous with propofol in the equation. Toxicity of diazepam and nordiazepam is increased when used together and have an increased effect on sedation. I was just really alarmed when I saw those meds. License medical professionals please correct me if im overreacting.

    At the time of his death I wasn’t as big of a fan as I am now. I always believed in his innocence, but it was based more on feeling than fact. And as I watched the news report his death while at work, I said to the crowd standing around the TV, “I’m not surprised”. Knowing what I know now, I’ve felt conflicted with me saying that. That my words were insufficient. But given what this man endured, even WITHOUT knowing the truth and all the facts, how much can a human being take? You know? 😔

    I have an inkling his death was murder for the sheer fact he believed that people from the music industry wanted him dead and was actually quite open about that fear, and had good reason. There’s a lot of evidence to suggest the music industry has put hits on many of their artists - it actually benefits them at a certain point. And Michael was becoming more powerful than his own record company that owned him basically, so I wouldn’t be shocked at all if they put a hit out on him and paid this doctor to do it then paid off the court to give the doctor a very minimal punishment. 2 years of a 4 year punishment? Ya a lot of people would be willing to go to jail for 2 years if it meant they came back home to millions. Just my gut feeling. I refuse to call MJ paranoid. It’s eerily reminiscent of when Diana wrote in her diary that Charles was trying to kill her via messing with the brakes of her car and giving her a lethal head injury. And then what happened? Just that. And people still had the gall to call her “paranoid” and call the situation “coincidental”. No, both her and MJ were simply very intelligent and intuitive people. The gut rarely lies…. But yes this is only a theory of mine and others. A theory that holds some weight.

    • @jessicavill
      @jessicavill  13 дней назад +9

      This is true. In the 1990s, Israel and Palestine were frequently attacking each other before they came to a temporary civil agreement. In the same year he wrote that song, 165 Palestinians were killed by the Israeli army. An additional 15 were killed by Israeli civilians. During that decade, more Palestinians were dying than Israelis. It wouldn’t surprise me that Michael wrote the song although I can’t confirm if he wasn’t allowed to sing it. I imagine he just chose not to produce it and it was more of a poetic sketch of his current feelings on the matter.
