Oh he definitely experienced life, killing and robbing people. He was NOT a good kid nor was his collection of young killers he considered friends. They were all equally reckless and out of control. Not even their own gang was capable of saving them from themselves. And the murders that came after his death is the real tragedy. In retaliation, with no remorse they hunted and murdered rivals family members who had no gang affiliations. The scariest thing about this war is, it’s between gangs that live only a few blocks away from each other. A lot of the feuding gang members are cousins and most likely grew up together and went to the same school. Only thing to separate them is the block they live in they all share the same blood.😵‍💫

@@dontpressbuttons8087 this young deceased man has never committed a homicide, but he was affiliated with people who did participate in those activities. That in itself is enough to get you killed in Chicago. The game is inflict as much pain on the opposition as possible. He was loved by his neighborhood, and it wasn't always like this until someone produced a gun. It was mostly about meeting to fight. That ended way before Tookas time. Accept it or not these guys are closer than brothers. So the easiest way to hurt what you perceive as a enemy is to take what they love away. And it will continue to work back and forth until somebody does the right thing on either side, come together and stop it. I will also add that if you live in a opposing community whether you gangbang or not you are still viewed as a enemy just because you live there. It's like your first time in prison. You have to build alliances or you will become a victim. Chicago has been under a state of emergency for decades. Why don't the government do their jobs and protect the overwhelming majority of people who have been begging for help for so long? The murders are concentrated in 2 or 3 neighborhoods. They are not killing each other over drug turf. It because someone killed someones best friend, or family member. That's what makes this issue so unique.

They kill each other out there in Chicago because people are rude and disrespectful, and they're not afraid to show out for it. And then the opposite side does it too. It's not always for color or streets. They're people too. Many people wanna hurt someone else when they're disrespected and pressed to have to retaliate or incite. Just cause it's a gang doesn't always mean colors and blocks is a motive. It's everywhere, people dying cause they were very disrespectful and had pushed that too far. If someone made fun of my dead brother best believe I'd wanna go get them. It's just how they had to live. Y'all can say whatever but y'all not changing nothing. Y'all can only ask why. Until you have to live in it, or even have to get a glimpse of that life. No I'm not idolizing gang violence, but it is just that... violence. It just escalates easier out there.

I can pick up and travel to whatever country my money affords me and can return home and turn the key in my door without a care. I can walk any block in any neighborhood without a care of being killed just for being "in the wrong place".
So if you're out here really living that life and :gettin' points for bodies," sooner or later, either somebody's gonna be getting' points off your body or the law is gonna be putting you behind bars for a period long enough for you to be regretting your life's decisions, not so? I guess it makes sense. Right now, my own son is currently doing four years in a state penn and regretting HIS own life's decisions but not too long ago, he was talking the same kinda talk you're talking now, but that wasn't always the case.
I have one question for you, though, Lil' Brotha....what did you want to be in life before you decided that "gettin' points" was the be all and end all in life? When you were a little kid growing up and your parents and family members were gushing over what a good, cute little kid you were (like most parents do) and everyone was asking you what you, "what do you want to be when you grow up, Lul Slime?" what used to be your answer?

We nicknamed my son tooka when he was a baby until he asked us to stop, tooka tooka was the sound I made when I tickled him as a baby and he would laugh from his belly..I can't imagine losing my son to violence like this, God help the youth and young men change their mentalities and thinking errors. We all have choices to make. These kids wanna join gangs and wanna act tough and kill and rob ppl and sell drugs. None of these kids nowadays want to work. As my mom use to say, those streets r not where it's at. I'm glad I listened early. But you can't tell these kids nothing. They don't respect their parents or anyone else. It's sad.

He was only 15 and had a family who loved him but he walked a path that often leads in death and that’s what he got

These poor kids don't have a chance. We have to stop raising them in places where they have to jump off the porch, especially at an early age. These kids have to fight everyday. It's hard for them stay on the same straight and narrow Very few make it out. Stop being scared to take a leap of faith for a better life for your child. To kill this child like this was just evil. Rest in paradise young prince ❤️

Society has nothing to offer these kids but jail, death, poverty, or a low paying job for life. Yeah, l kept my nose clean, went to college, served in the military, had a career in government, but l still had to crawl and claw my way up in spite of rampant discrimination and disenfranchisement. Being Black in America forces them to find success in any way that they can. What would you prefer? To die young rich, or to live a long life of poverty and struggle? It is easy to comment from an arm chair in front of a warm fire and a fat turkey, but if you are in the zone, you have to roll with the waves to survive. This is the world that our overlords created for us. Live with it, or die from it. You decide. If only all of the gangs would unite and act as one, we could form a great standing army to protect and serve our own people. With all that money combined, we could turn our neighborhood into and oasis of peace and prosperity. Oh, wait, we tried that with Black Wall Street but they burned it to the ground and stole our wealth. The Black Panthers tried to militarize our struggle but they killed them and burned the headquarters to the ground. We had a leader but they gunned him down in Memphis. So, what else you got?

If the teachers I.Q is 80 and the Child from the hoods parents I.Q is 80 … and your culture’s music is all about killing people and doing/selling drugs to be cool… this is the only outcome. We need better schools and smarter parents to teach their kids
