Hey TechWinner! I'm glad Ring did good on a replacement! I have yet to run into this issue but with the PRO-PLAN they are supposed to replace a stolen product or a failed product in your case. Thankfully I have had no issues with products and recently switched to the Ring Pro hub less than year ago after having the system for about 2yrs prior. They also offer a 10% discount when buying add-on equipment which you did not mention here but is still better than nothing! Overall I'm really happy with the Ring setup I have as I think you are as well. Vivint offers a replacement option as well but the COST and monthly charges just blow that system out of the water with multiple cameras and other bells-and whistle's for $50+ (more like $70) a month which is just insane in my view after being raped with ADT previously. I have a question for you. Have you dealt with the GEN2 keypads with Ring? I have (2) GEN1 keypads and they work great and use them battery powered or 'wireless'! The GEN2 keypads look much better but I've read nothing but buyers remorse on these! LOW volume and proximity sensing issues. Do you have any experience with these NEW keypads? I would like to switch mine out but if the volume and proximity is sucking as I have read I'd rather stick with what I have! I get around 9-12months on a charge using mine wireless... Thanks in advance!
I’m still on the Gen 1 keypad too. I haven’t heard the downsides about the gen 2, but now you have me wondering. Maybe someone else here has a take on that.
@@TechWinnerCC can you make a video explaining this I really need to do this I would hate to buy a different brand and download another app I rather use the ring app

How do you get wifi to the back of your property I’m trying to get another ring camera but I don’t have wifi reaching back there
Hi there. I have a Google WiFi mesh point in a weather resistant box strategically located outside in my backyard :). Works perfectly.
