How to Open A Broken Garage Lock & Install A New T Handle Lock

SO the garage tilt-a-door lock has been ripped out. The locking bar keeps the door locked. So the door will need to be opened and a new lock fitted to get the garage working - Install new garage lock - Open jammed garage door lock

Yes, I should of adjusted the stops too, but I know the agent, and I was lucky to install a new, its all about the price sometimes

@@TheElfytee Hi Tom, no but i was able to open it with a flat paint scraper. I was able to slide the scraper into the top center of the diir and pushed the locking bolt down. Its realy easy(too easy). Hooe this helps.

Hi Dr Lock, my garage door is same like this but handle is connecting to 2 cables fro sides. I forgot the key inside the garage and I shut it sroungly, so the T handle turn on and is now stuck (as if it is locked), please could you advise me what to do?

Hey , you still selling Carbine, I like the Lenlok better they have the clutch function. How dose this lock stand up to forcing ? any good ? This was one few times I have used this lock, seem like a good lock, wish it came in a bag, box is too chunky for the van
