The more time I spend driving around SoDo, the more I love it. I had a Aliberto Jr monster burrito the other day and it was phenomenal. So much better than Chipotle. Chipotle get a lot of attention because they advertise, but let's be honest, it's the worst burrito in town. Now I get it, order the burrito bowl, extra everything, but some tortillas and you have 2 meals, heck, possibly three. The thing is, all the ingredients taste homogenous by the third bite, and there is no texture. I guess what I'm saying is, don't eat at Chipotle (or any chain at that) and go to Aliberto Jr's in SoDo. Enjoy.
