Hey... Any of you guys know who posted this video. I was looking but I couldn't find anything that told me who posted the video. If only they put a title or some watermark on it. :)
If you are looking for more fotage its is in episode 1 of Age Of Big Cats on CutiosityStream, it's pretty interesting stuff. (not trying to advertise it or anything but thought I would says something incase you were interested).
i believe never before and never again will we be able to see such an incredible display of agility and courage by any animal other than the snow leopard
This appears to be two pieces of footage joined together at 0:25; initially a Snow Leopard is chasing a herd of Asiatic Ibex, and then a Snow Leopard is chasing and captures a Blue Sheep. Seems unlikely they were so close together and there is no Blue Sheep amongst the ibex I don't think. Even so, amazing footage; amazing that the Snow Leopard survived such hard impact falls. Suspect it was bruised and exhausted from its ordeal. Definitely a hard-earned meal :-) Best watched with sound muted. Thanks for posting.
I think the leopard and the ibex didn't see the cliff coming, because of huge snow-white letters blocking their sight. The danger of distractions at high speeds.
Stunning footage! Agree with comments on annoying music! But this has to be protected by a watermark. Seems that some people do not get what a watermark is here!
Congratulations on getting the footage, but having the huge watermark across and blocking the footage seriously takes away from the quality and ability to see what is going on.

I am afraid of watching below while standing on a 2 feet chair when changing light bulb at home. Given a misfortune to fall from this chair I will probably die because of heart attack. Compared to me snow leopards are 1000 times badass.
No, the snow leopard is tagged and it came back the next morning. When slowed down you can see how she changed her grip mid falls. She moves from the preys back to biting its throat and therefore suffocating it. At the end she is even continuing to role the prey maintain and increase her death grip. That said she was a bit knackered and had to leave to freeze.
WOW !!….. I thought they both died from the fall and was sad to see this magnificent beautiful beast die ,but he survived ?! what a gymnast ! love his/ her cute face and long tail ...
If the leopard survived, why not show the footage proving this? If you're going to plaster an obnoxious watermark on the video, at least show us the full footage of the cat walking away. Whoever edited that video should be thrown off that same cliff. The reality here is that the leopard probably didn't survive, which makes the video 90% less marketable. So they edited out the part where it clearly shows both animals never get up and walk away and made the claim that the cat survived without proof.
For a start the hunt is of Ibex rather than Himalayan Blue Sheep or Bharal, Secondly the watermark is poorly positioned given the amazing footage which is absolutely amazing..incredible.
The first chase is after Ibex, but the animal that takes off over the cliff, before the Snow Leopard is a Bharal or Blue Sheep. The watermark, unfortunately, must stay, as it prevents IPR theft. Thanks for your understanding. The internet is the wild west and tough to police!
Correct me if I'm wrong but that has to be a 50 ft drop atleast.its a 2 second fall with a bit of initial speed along the cliff face. That's like jumping from the balcony of the 3rd floor in a standard apartment building with no apartments on the ground floor.
That is no ordinary kitty. That's a snow leopard, the strongest and most agile mountain big cat in nature. This is like picking fresh meat from the market for the cat except the fresh meat jumps over cliffs
To everyone complaining about the watermark I have this to say. Yes Its a little annoying however it does help stop people from stealing and reposting the video elsewhere, where they would likely not give credit nor a link to the original source, wildlife cameraman and cameramen need to protect they're work if they want they want to get paid and the watermark is A a form of protection against theft i.e if you want the footage with no watermark for your production pay the cameraman for they're footage, B its also advertising for said cameraman or at least they're company or affiliated business, so yeah this persons pretty justified in putting the watermark there. Also does it really stop you from able to see the action on screen? if not then why complain?
Thanks for coming to our rescue from the brutal onslaught, and for the rationality! This clip has been stolen and gone viral over Instagram and Facebook stolen off John Hendricks' Curiosity Stream, without the watermark, and we have had to issue 2400 takedowns to control the epidemic!!!
@@WildFilmsIndia Your welcome! I'm an amateur wildlife cameraman and have had some of my content stollen and reposted. Its beyond annoying :/ . Oh well what can you do :)
I disliked this extraordinarily beautiful video because of extremely irritating watermark Otherwise you could have not only got a like but also a subscription
I was going to subscribe to your channel, but because of the watermark right in the middle of the video, you've lost a subscriber!
me too
I even thumb down it. Greedy get a thumbs down
Michael Lauzon yea wtf was the point of that ? Here’s my web address across the action ...zoom would’ve been great too .
Yes, I would have been keen to subscribe as well, but for the webaddres accross the screen. Idiots...
If all of you and 2 billion other people promise not to steal the content and upload it as your own. Promise?
What a beautiful logo. Hey , the background looks like a leopard hunting a prey.
Finally a 4k Watermark sequence.
It's too bad about that snow leopard footage in the background. So distracting.
Lol
Huge awful letters are almost in the middle of the video... :-(
Exactly my thoughts. Can't see it properly. Guess the branding is more important to them
He's trying to sell the video, so he has to.
It's not even his footage. lol
It would be much better if people could actually see it, rather than your MASSIVE tag across the screen.
Lose the giant advertising letters in the middle of the frame. Ruins what would otherwise be impressive footage.
I ca imagine that his reply might be, "You get what you pay for. Go shoot your own footage."
Suck

it cut from the stalking to the attack, don’t overthink everything
How could you deduce that from snippets behind the big logo. I couldn't..
Difficult to see behind the branding stuck dead centre.
That watermark is AWFUL.
Try to make the propaganda bigger next time.
One of the most magnificent animals on this planet and thank goodness it wasn't hurt in the most treacherous and dangerous hunt ever recorded.
when you were promoting your web address across the middle of the screen, why didn't you use the BIG font?
Hehehehehehehe...!
Great job at covering every bit of the action with the watermark
Dislike because of the watermark is in the middle
My favorite BIG CAT!!!! They’re built for this!!!!!! Just beautiful!!!!!
Aint no human could ever survive a tumble like that. Both incredible animals
what gives you the idea that they survived? They never got back up. The same clip was shown like 3 times.

Lolololol
So the description says it's 4K, yet the highest available is 1080p. What's wrong with this picture?
Amazing scene, not even lost it's on prey but also defying gravity
"This is perhaps the FIRST ever Ultra High Definition 4K sequence of a Snow Leopard" 1080p mehhhhh
Fascinating!

The best hunt ever, it is unbelivable))
Congrates for the first hunting video of snow leopard. India did it.

Honestly I thought the first hunting video of a Snow Leopard was on Planet Earth some years back.
The music made this fucking hilarious
I can’t stop laughing. Fucking rag doll physics

notice how the leopard never lost his grip on that sheep..un freakin believable
Right !!!
The logo is too small. Can you make it bigger, please?
Great music on the video too!
Mommy Leopard: "How was the office today Dear?"
Actually, that wasthe mommy leopard in the footage.
The best animal chase ever filmed in history !!!
Say what BBC planet Earth
Um a certain iguana and a bunch of snakes might have something to say about that.

Next to impossible.

A watermark for a stolen vid?

Very tough to survive for this amazing cat
First, what's the deal with the website being plastered in the middle of the screen, 2nd this what 4k looks like in India? You got ripped off
Came here to downvote because of bad watermark placement.
That watermark spoils this video.
Hey buddy.. watch out for that cliff! What cliiiiiiiiiif? Amazing placement of the website address by the way.
Why would unload a video with a giant watermark!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This video would have been better if only you had made the advertisement 100 % of the screen instead of 99.99999 %.
If only the watermark was a little more bigger
Nice video, but watermark is too small. I can hardly read it.
Nice video but you’re getting thumbs down for the watermark
Where do I find the Full episode?
Thank you for takeing footage and putting your name in the middle of the screen the intire video
i wonder at what point the snow leopard wasn't even hanging on for hunting purposes but to brace itself from the fall
Seemed most of time to me he was staying a top when they would land - BUT I could not tell because of watermark, hmmm
That leopard really earned that meal 💪
Editors please, run into a lake.
lol
He survived the cliff, but I highly doubt that cat isn't badly injured in some way. Its next hunt may be a lot slower.
