I found your channel just a couple days ago and I can watch your videos over and over. I absolutely love your art. It is very inspiring. I feel that each of these little paintings convey a story, and condense lots of emotions. Beautiful. Please more videos....

Love these! I started off using gouache on mine but had to change to acrylic as I just couldn't get good coverage/layering. Definitely need to try out the Holbein gouache though, it looks great
It was a new medium for you? That's crazy, they're so good... Watching you go through all of them, I found myself wanting more than the ones I msged you with. I pretty much want all of them as a set now XD

They're gorgeous!! It's funny cuz I had the same idea and I've just started this project with the medium of collage. I feel like there are some colors that are trickier than others, don't you think? Are you planning on using the whole set of postcards? 😊
@@littlebleusun yes! I feel the same way about not wanting to force myself to using all of them. I just want to enjoy the process and see where it takes me 🤗
I'm trying to do this, but some of the paintings are just flaking off and I can't seal them because gouache is water activated and just smudges when I put sealant on it, how did you stop flaking and peeling?
These are vivid, compelling, and GORGEOUS! I love that you are able to create so many different textures with gouache. Keep it up!

So cool! Yes some colors don't inspire me at all 😅 I think I'll slowly paint the other cards, but I don't want to force myself to finish them either 💙

these are SO beautiful!! do you have a particular set of brushes you use?
I used my most worn out yet usable brushes for these. Most were from a set of artist's loft brushes - anything acrylic based tend to ruin brushes 😅💙
