Obviously everyone is different but thought I would share my experience! I went down the IUD route which absolutely changed my life. My periods stopped and inherently so did the PMDD. I would love to hear more about your journey, especially if you go down a more natural route, as this is something I’ve been considering and would love to hear your experience with it!

It’s great for sleep and recovery anyway Make sure you take magnesium glycinate and there’s heaps of types of magnesium for different things 😊
