Hi, i just watched a video of yours from 3 years ago and was wondering if you are still suffering with hives? Would love an update
It is pretty much gone, but I still get itchy and have to take a Zyrtec every other day to keep it at bay. I think if I stopped it would come back
@@MyHealthyDish bless you. Thank your for the update. Hopefully one day you will be in full remission. I am also suffering with hives. I am being told to heal my gut and eliminate almost everything from my diet. I am currently taking L Glutamate for my gut, beef kidney supplements which is a natural DAO, and drinking juiced ginger tea. No gluten, starch, sugars, seed oils. I'll update you a month from now. If this works for me, hopefully it can for you too if you're looking to come off the antihistamines.
This information helps me more than ya know, I’m still suffering hives and just got with my dietician a week ago ❤ I break out from almost anything and everything 😢
@@amacks3779tysm for sharing that ❤ I might talk about this to the dietician if what she prescribes me might not help. They’re testing my stool is the first step because I’ve been having acid problems for a very long time and they want to see what is going on

When you post content, you ought to monitor engagement. I bet she gets a ton of engagement on her chicken pho recipe content which is why she reposts it. Since her stuff is monetized, there ain't nothing wrong with that.
