What's funny is that really, the actual times you have to tap in this game are a pretty simple pattern. A lot of the games they are using have similar rhythms. HOWEVER, the fact that games are switching so rapidly makes you THINK you have to change rhythms, when you really don't have to. The point I'm trying to make here is OH MY GOD THIS WAS HARD.

@@eco29 It's still messed up, try to play that "bed" minigame with monkeys and a girl jumping in a bed, try to get as many Aces as possible, but miss a single "pillow throw" or a "sleeping pose" on purpose, see what happens to your scores. Yeah, it's just when I was doing this a few years ago the hardest part was table tennis *rest in peas, anyone who is musically illiterate and cannot keep beat for their lives*
The moment i realized the difference between rythm rally and dog ninja is purely visual and i didn't have to change the rythm of my flicks at all was the moment i started doing good at this monstrosity of a remix.
Theres three sections to this song. First, theres the beginning, which does the high speed flicks, which is probably the most deceiving part of the song. Its chaotic, but has a consitent flick beat to it. however, this beat is relentless, and you do NOT get a break until you get into the second section. The second Section is all Taps, with a couple of holds with the flowbots. This is the easiest part of the song, arguably. It is slower than the first part, but still going at a brisk pace, faster than what the song would normally be (except for munchy monk, and the accelerating part of Drummer duel). The combo area is a bit tricky, but can easily be practiced. The Third area is the hardest, though. Its more flick beats, but with acceleration kicking in, meaning that you have to get faster with each flick. You have to account for the gradual speedup, while maintaining the beat with each flick, which can easily drain your stamina from you, and can also Ruin a perfect. This is probably one of the hardest remixes from rhythm heaven, Although it isn't as long as TB+'s 10th remix, or the throw everything and the kitchen sink of Fever's Final remix.
This is my all time favorite remix. That drop during the lockstep section gets me so pumped. This was a fantastic game and it really got me moving and jiving while I was playing.
This one used to trip me up so much! But then I found that the tennis and ninja dog (forgot it's real name) parts play exactly to the same beat-you just have to know when it starts and ends.
They go nicely one into the other. And then it gets to stuff like karate joe, bluebirds and munchy monk and I go slightly more insane with each failed attempt to medal.
Actually, this is the remix that gave me less problems, if you have problems: - The Rythm Rally and Ninja Dog have the same timing - The Lockstep timing is the same - You can follow the rythm of drummer duel tapping your screen before your turn comes in - The cluster of games is easy
I remember loving this remix as a kid and mastering it. I would impress my friends at school by showing them I was amazing at this old weird ds game they didn't know about lol.
honestly the part of this remix that i always missed on was the robot filling. heck, jsut watching a video of the remix makes me tense at those parts \:
+Vivian Darkbloom it's not so much about the pace(tempo), but rather that they were backbeat. the point where you need to start filling is half a beat after what the song makes you think to start filling. the faster tempo makes the backbeats harder to hit though.
My Review: Remix 8 is one of my favourite Remixes. It's easier than it seems once you get used to it, but the high speed still makes for an exhilarating experience. The entire song is fantastic, ESPECIALLY during the Lockstep part, my god. 10/10
