This is my favorite kind of videos you do, decorating including seasonal and room tours. I love the apartment and all the seasonal and personal touches. Her dad is so talented and so is Leah with her designing. Leah is really taking after Linda now, she’s starting to spray paint lamps and things like Linda does with her spray painting rampages 😂

As a Japanese American, I appreciate seeing folks choosing to not wear shoes in the house! Post Covid, it’s ok to ask guests to do the same. People are more conscientious of germs/dirt and not offended when you ask
Yes I agree. Covid/horrible germs are around still❤. We use to have oversea students and may I say our Japanese students were so polite and clean and tidy, a joy to have stay long term. (10months). They still always remember my birthday after 20yrs! Most of them have babies of their own now. 😍From Rosie O from Devon England x 🇬🇧
When my sons use to have their friends over in junior high school, in 1980’s, my sons knew to take their shoes off at the door. Their friends asked, “Are your parents Japanese!?” 😂😂😂😂😂 (We’re of Swedish heritage!😂) I just did it to keep the dirt out!

He must love it - he may not tell you but as a parent I can tell you, I really appreciate when my grown up son asks me for something. It’s so neat to still be able to provide it- whatever it is. One wants to feel needed by one’s sons and daughters.

I’ve wanted to around to sharing my best garden tip for awhile; I place my bird bath near my front door, I have to walk by it everyday to get to my car. It’s so easy to know when it needs cleaning and I can do that easily from my kitchen with soap, brush and a couple pitchers of water. No need to trapse through the garden with cleaning supplies or to drag out the hose and I can just look out my front door to enjoy daily birdwatching, bird washing 😊
