TQ Mani. your videos are very insightful and v useful for me particularly as your videos are quite recent! I agree w Hannah on this; instead of spreading yourself too thin, it really would be better to focus your activities on a few key areas and do those really well.

She's 100% right with that statement, do something you love and do it well! Medical schools appreciate commitment, dedication, and growth!

This was helpful!! lol i’m greek too 😂 I’m from ontario and I applied to only one school here (UofT bc my MCAT cars score was too low for the others) but they rejected me. I am interested in applying to McGill next cycle but the lack of OOP seats is discouraging me. How should I format my CV for McGill? Is it like a regular CV or is like the Ontario ABS where everything needs to be worded really well and descriptive

Yes! Don't give up! I've been rejected many times too! The McGill CV is probably somewhere in the middle, there's a specific format they use that you can find on their website that you have to follow! I hope this helps! If you can't find it, DM me or send me an email and I'll send it to you 😊

Mani, I know you are busy with med school and extracurricular activities but a video about funding would be REALLY helpful and complement what you are currently doing with your channel e.g. your experiences (if applicable) with Aide Financiere aux etudes of the Quebec Govt. tq again

I'm not sure how much I can cover on funding in a video, but essentially, if you've completed a degree prior to medicine, the government will assist you through this program via bursaries and loans! Highly recommend, but I do not think it's applicable for CEGEP graduates! I could be wrong.
