It is so interesting. The upper part of Bel Air Rd. hasn't got a uniformtype look. We could see some of the properties, and others are behind hedges. It also appears that a lot of people park on the road. *In the most affluent section, the hedges and beautiful trees completely obscure the properties from viewers. Also, there aren't any vehicles parked on the street. Nevertheless, it all looks like a lovely place to live. Thank you for the drive along, Christophe. They're always delightful.🌞
Those are most likely the workers' vehicles.

Hi Christophe.If possible i would purchase 1305 Park Way along side Beverly Drive.Near 10 to 12 million now but when i first checked out in1993 i believe it was between 1 and 2 million.Oldest property in Hollywood( 1907). Love your videos. Thanks Rog Pacific Sunset( LA).

I have been researching the former owner of a ranch property I now live on. In the 1930's Mr. Thomas bought the ranch in Ventura County, but local newspaper articles referred to him living in Bel Air. It appears he and his wife built the home at 600 Sarbonne Road. I have no idea what the home is like, as the street map shows hedges. So interesting to see your tour of Bel Air tonight.

I feel like it's been awhile since you've done this. ❤ Even if I won one of those Billion dollar lotteries, I don't think I'd purchase a $65,000,000 house. Is the "Mommie Dearest" house still standing? I know that property was sold a few years back, wondering if it was a tear down. I also love French construction, as well as traditional. So, is the "Beverly Hillbillies" house still standing? I also would love a mega property with guest houses and pools, but I'll settle for a 3000 sq ft French Regency with a finished basement, LOL I was also licensed at 22, in Boston.

i'm very observant....Bel Air is nice but ...for those paying millions of dollars and costly taxes...there are lots of cracks on the roads and a few pot holes..also the areas where construction is not nicely boarded...roads look all the same ...like yr driving in circles..so closed in
Dude, I totally get what you mean! It's crazy how even in fancy neighborhoods, you can still find potholes and construction. It's like a never-ending maze sometimes!

Its nice but if I buy a property for 100 million USD I would excpect well maintained roads and pavement. In Sweden and Denmark you can buy a house for 300.000 USD in blocks that are immaculate. At least they have no visible powerlines here like in many other parts of LA..
