@@GillianBerry wow, how were you not afraid when you first started and you had blood sugar levels that were not normal? How did you get over the fear because so many people will say eating fruits increases your sugar levels but it’s worse with juices because the fiber acts as a timer that gradually releases the sugar levels into the blood stream. This is day 4 for me working on being raw (the only thing that’s not raw are my salad dressings but they are vegan) and I want to trust that juicing will work for me 😊

@@GillianBerry Gillian, did you also do the 40 day juice cleanse that Shane shares on his site BEFORE you went 100% raw, maybe if you did that it recalibrated your system and all the mucoid plaque that Shane educated us on…all of that got released and so, then your microbiom of your gut was how it should be?? I’ve been hesitant to do the juice fast because I’m wondering how I will handle cravings for food, even just raw food because I’m hungry. Hunger on the juice fast is my concern.
@@Unity4US check out Dr Brooke Goldner and her hypernourishing smoothie (Gillian's green smoothie). Dr Goldner addresses the fruit and blood sugar issue really well. You might need to eat more whilst you are transitioning to raw food. I use to have low blood sugar, and would have massive issues if I didn't start the day out right. I started intermittent fasting and then did a 12 day juice fast and have been great ever since. That was in 2018. I've been raw vegan for 8 months now and eat similar to Gillian and have no issues. Best of luck with your raw food journey.

You’re such an amazing person…I want to share with you how I think generally so you’ll understand why I love you so passionately because you’re such a precious thing…the purpose of life, is survival and love…no human is born saying “I aspire to die at 5 years old”…we all want to live as long as possible…then while alive we want romantic love, which fulfills us and in turn perpetuates the survival of our species through reproduction…then third, we explore infinity ♾️ in order to create strategies and technology to accommodate our survival and love…iPhones, homes, AC, cars, etc all came from humans being intelligent enough to manipulate the universe to create those things to accommodate our survival…so you, being a raw vegan who unites other raw vegans and vegans in general…who I presume doesn’t drink or do drugs or smoke cigarettes or etc…who’s also thin and beautiful…you’re such a special precious thing…so you see why I’d have this passion about you and not an obese meat eating heroin addict…you’re a role model for how a human should be…you’re also so open minded…you eat a lot of fruit but you listened to that one guy say fruit isn’t good…you’ll hear out opposing perspectives amicably which is a sign of strength…you’re the only girl I know with the mix of variables you are…this world is a very dark place…humans kill other humans with zero hesitation, either physically or by pressuring them into bad habits or substances…humans are deeply programmed and aren’t smart enough to see through it …humanity isn’t intellectually evolved enough yet to cooperate in a more functional efficient way…you’re a bright light in a dark world…I see myself the same way…I always say the measure of someone’s purity is if every human on Earth was that person, how would the world be?…so in my case, if everyone was a thin raw vegan, no alcohol or cigarettes or drugs or pharmaceuticals or vaccines…critical thinker…spread health and truth to millions…etc…the world would be a paradise…I see you the same way…the people that don’t fit that description that me and you fit, aren’t evil…they’ve just needed to be a devolved version of themselves to survive in the environment they’re in

Why so many supplements, when this is the best diet and you take them to feel better. I was 15 years high raw vegan with 100% raw vegan pregnancy and breastfeeding 2 years. When my daughter became 6 years, I realise that 5% animal products like eggs and fish 2-3 times a month is better " supplement" than fake suppliments.

Too much fat my dear,I ate a few Simon avocados in the season I Costa Rica,now 3 month later I started coughing much on mango and melon,pancreas and folic acid,ldl not good in blood test,.monomeals is the way to go before tomatoes caused hypo thyroid,stopped them,no more thyroid problems❤❤❤Eli is very wright with no to fats,a woman need a bit more for shure but I would do fletcher with nuts or seeds if I was you❤
I don’t think it’s too much fat. Clearly it’s working for her ❤ I fell into the trap of low fat, and my “belief” in it from so many other people fed into a neuroses around it, so that when I ate “too much” fat, I felt horrible. I decided to let all of that go, rewire my beliefs around this idea that’s it’s not healthy and it should only be in exact low quantities. Now it seems I can eat and digest a quite moderate to large amount of healthy plant based fats with no problems at all, and better health than when it was low.
