I'm loving the camera on AJ, such an enthusiastic and energetic person keeping up the positivity even though you're all under pressure. Amazing work.
Service! (Me asking for more videos of busy services)
I think it would be bit more difficult for service to do it because service interacts with the customers. And customers might not appreciate a camera strapped server despite the legality of the scenario.

I always find my self watching these videos right before leaving to cook on the line my self. I always love watching POV videos of high end or professional kitchens as it really shows the amount of teamwork and concentration that goes into working in a kitchen.

I'm really glad I found this channel. I'm currently in culinary school in the States, aspiring to be in a kitchen like this. I love how you guys show every bit of everything behind the scenes. Try peanut butter with freshly cracked black or pink peppercorns my good man.
It will give you a light fruity nasal jab to the senses before you take a bite.

I love how you almost never spill any food or sauce when laying it on the food. Especially at 12:50, i was just waiting and waiting for you to make a single drop from that yellow and green sauce. So clean and precise. Really cool and i am very impressed.
