Got into fragrances at the start of this year and have sampled over 30 fragrances in the last couple of months. Every scent falls into a 'yeah that's nice I suppose' category with the exception of this. It's the only one I've tried that I both want to smell all day and smell OF all day. Received a lot of compliments and from people who are reluctant to hand them out (work in construction lol)
To my nose Bois imperial smells similar to Dior homme 2020 but without citrus, or like office for man by Jeremy Fragrance, again minus the citrus. Bois imperial it’s a mix of sweet woods and chemical compounds like modern woods, Cashmeran and Ambroxan. It’s bright, transparent, it’s like an aura which envelope the person who wears it. It’s present but not intrusive and it’s signature scent worthy. IMO it’s masculine, for an over 25-30 yo demographic and can be worn casual or dressed-up. Maybe not the best choice in winter outside or for dates, but you can still wear it in office. Perfect day scent for all the other seasons. 9/10 for me. I recommend it (but sample it first) and I would definitely re-purchase it. Good video and very exhaustive description of the fragrance. Thanks.

Totally agreed! Most fragrances does fall into that "yeah that's nice" category, regardless of the price.

I have the fragrance and it is my everyday go to. It’s fresh, clean, and Elegant at the same time.
