13:45 great informative video . question shovels or spades are metal does it not affect readings also people cary phones and belt buckles and steel toe capped shoes I worked a metal detector for a few years and we had to be metal free not even a watch. many thanks
Prety much the new ones don't set off with phones and belts and the like you just keep out of reach, the coil is on the end so no chance of anything 18" above the coil is going to effect the detector..

I bought one euro ace for 125 euro almost like new here in Norway, I didn't know the model number and I send an email to Garrett and they told me is euro ace and is very close to euro ace 400 i now in 2024 😊

You can discriminate by notching out the bad signals there may be a slight cross over but if you are in a trashy area it helps a lot ..good luck feel free to stay in touch let me know what you find..😀👍👍👍👍👍
Hello, i love the video but i have a question. Which is a better metal detector, the euro ace or the 400i because their price is similar and probably is their preformance?
I think they are similar but the 400i would I think have the more up to date tech as its a newer model but could not say for sure but think it must have any new programming etc I would go for the 400i let me know how you get on be good to hear your views.. cheers🙋👍👍👍
i really loved this buddy. I have an xp lite. but a friend asked me to sort out a euro they where given. Im actually jealous. so easy to use. and as always 'you have to walk over it'
Yip its got to be beneath your coil first of all so any machine will pick up the signal its just realising what that signal means as always.. I use the Euro Ace probably as much as my Dues its a great quick and easy machine and works well on my bottle digging sites..Glad you enjoyed the video ,have a super weekend and stay safe and well.. 🙋

Will the custom setting you got it on stop it from picking up everything. And more brass copper silver .So it's not going off all over the shop.
