This one looks more labor intensive to make - even for kimchi.
I don't know if I would like this one. I do not like mustard greens. Also not very keen on those super salty anchovies. I prefer the crunch of cabbage kimchi. But I would still like to try it.

Why it is seems some complex process.we can make it in our home itself,in India in our telugu State we do that leaf curries with with non veg in my region .example gongura chicken,gongura shrimps,palakura or bachalkura chicken,mutton and shrimps served with boiled rice.

@@Shilshikitchen oh k if my comment is wrong I am sry what I meant to say in my opinion if we can make that type of food in our home then why the need for buying packaged foods ,in my place we do same type of recipe but not exactly same, served with boiled rice with leafs and non veg mixed curries.
