The 'Most Upsetting Guessing Game' is a comedy/improv guessing game based on 'Party Quirks' from the Aunty Donna Podcast. Each week a 'party host' is selected and tasked with guessing what 'characters' are attending their party. Sounds simple enough right? It's not... it's cooked.

I have never felt such absolute dread as when it became clear that "Whoville" sparked absolutely no recognition from Nick.

Still I was honestly impressed by how efficiently he guessed everything, on average.
I applaud Greg for making sure that Nick had to guess his exact prompt. That is the intergirity party quirks needs
We are nothing without our principles.
Navigating quirks this dense without mark or zachy to help him was very brave of broden kelly
Gotta applaud Greg for starting with shooting as his first Olympic sport and not going for something obvious like swimming or running.
Then refusing to talk about the events side of things for thirty minutes. For the spice of it.

Honestly a seriously underrated bit of opportunism from Lena to interrupt the Grinch but with 'Oh I love religion!... And Ruins'. Honestly he should have got the holy Roman empire hit there and then
Yeah I was surprised that no one was impressed by that, I feel like they must not have been listening.
This show rules, my favourite part is when they force the host to get it word for word perfect, forcing everyone to painfully stomp again and again on the tiny innocent Lego pieces they bought themselves at the start of the show

Yeah it's amazing how their little gags at the start come back to bite them in such a painful fashion. They have a good laugh at the start and then one hour later it is no longer funny (for them) at all 😂

Broden absolutely seems like the kind of guy that watches old WW2 footage and weird documentaries about how niche items are manufactured. He's got such a dad vibe
For me it's the fact that he's either playful and adorable, or looks like he's about to snap at the kids and turn the car around, and nothing in between.

I love the fact that halfway through they always acknowledge that this is going nowhere and just start giving answers.
And it's still utterly impenetrable if you think from the hosts perspective for even a second. It's earnestly awful game design, lol.

Putting a relatively normal person who has probably never played party quirks into a game of party quirks may have been the funniest idea anyone on this production has ever had and I was in absolute stitches by the end god damn

Aunty Donna putting on this whole thing after understanding how fucked the podcasts got, putting so much effort into every element of it, only to have Greg throw a wrench into it by following the rules further than anyone else before
He's an inspiration honestly
I like that the host isn't spared from how upsetting this game is.

Broden is the youngest elderly man I’ve ever seen
The defeat and regret on Lena's face when she was talking about her impression of lions and (checks notes)... Spartan warriors while trying to depict the Holy Roman Empire was so damn funny.
Broden tripping over was by far the funniest thing ive seen all day, felt like a teacher trying to settle down their students, amazing & cooked as per usual
As a teacher myself, I felt that moment he tripped in my very soul.

@@TheNickCody Poggers is essentially a term from the streaming platform twitch to represent something cool that happens. It's named after an emote that depicted a man "pogging", which is essentially a pouted form of a :o face
UwU is a typed-out emoji used in a fair amount of internet circles and cliques, and it's meant to sort of just be a general "cutesy" expression. the w is meant to resemble a cat's mouth, so it's commonly associated with furries for that reason. There is a similar emoji, OwO, which is meant to represent the same thing, but with the o's representing open eyes.

I love the energy these episodes start with, only to end up with everyone sat on the sofa after about 20 minutes
Sat on the sofa having an emotional breakdown as they take turns trying to get the host to guess their very specific quirk

@@TheNickCody You know how when you finish the gym parts of your body you didn't know could hurt are hurting. I feel like this game is that but for your brain. It's cognitive gymnastics, I'm always impressed when the characters are solved even if there are some unorthodox neuron paths to get there.

I love all levels of this game and seeing newbs try to play it. From the desperation of both the host and guests trying to figure out how to play and guess the quirks to the vets trying to guide them. Just a good watch period.

i love the cutback to the interviews. The energy contrast is hilarious
I think this episode was much more difficult than the first one because the chatacters were all intertwined. In the first one they went through their characters one by one as the host guessed them correctly, allowing for easier pattern-recognition. The way they switch characters the whole game makes the already difficult guesses even more difficult to figure out
This is pure and utter chaos. I love it so much.
