You can feel his pain. Bobby stated in an interview once...that they had addictive personalities. They couldn't be away from each other if they tried. Addiction is real....and it destroys lives.

they blame him because he is still standing and she is not he beat his demons and she could not fully because of the people around her but she died of natural causes yes there was drugs in her body but the amount was not fatal the coke did induce the heart attack that caused her to drown so it did contribute they called it in the autopsy a contributing factor
Listen! Gary introduced her to cocaine. That is all she was into and not to excuse it! She had control and FYI most med students do it to stay up and going and as she toured she did what she had to do and is the very reason cissy decided it was no big deal. Bobby brown came into her life and he maximized her with addiction to other drugs. If you didnt know this is the the issue bobby had with heavy drugs and alcohol and the reason the band strayed away from bobby. Bobby brown has issues with drugs and alcohol and although not as bad as before he still struggles very heavily! So yes, bobby was no good for whitney Houston he was the worst example! He made her worst to the point where that is all they did. So he is responsible as well. Your partner either brings the best in you or the worst. And since whitney was already on cocaine he upped and introduce her to heavy ones. Let's not forget he was also abusive towards her, often using her as a punching bag because he could not control himself under the influence. Bobby disrespected her by spitting at her, cheating, using her money -yes he did as well as his siblings, nippy supported that family. Every trouble they had, they run to whitney to take care of it! So yeah.....Bobby is crying for all he did to her.

As I watch this my heart breaks, I do not see the tears of a leach, a junkie, an enabler, a deceiver, a user, or whatever else anyone dares to call this man. I simply see the tears of a broken heart. I believe, not based upon what media or anyone else says, that he truly loved her. I will not speculate on anything else but his tears. My prayers are with every broken heart around the world... Especially the family.
He loved her so much. Its a shame that the media made him out to be the bad guy. When in fact, it was Whitney's brother that introduced her to drugs before she and Bobby met each other.

Wow. I can't believe the hate. The man lost probably the only woman he ever really loved, even though they were divorced. Remember they were still cool even after the divorce. She sang at his mother's funeral last year. So I don't think people who don't even know Bobby should be hating him about Whitney. Whitney didn't hate him. They were just a couple with problems and it is never all one persons fault in a relationship. It takes two to make it work or not work.
What would you expect with the kind of lifestyle they both led.....death and sickness ...losss is not just inevitable but expected......this all could have happened even much earlier ...they both had many warnings .....and chances .....so this is the first wake up call....second his daughters death.....raise your new kids better if you want better results...pls

@@tristanmason7405 I just watched the bio on A&E. When he first arrived at the funeral I don't know who told him that he was had a section with him and his kids. That's another misconception. They say Brown and his Entourage left. It was Bobby Brown and his kids, not an Entourage. Then at the last minute they said there was nowhere for them to sit in the church. So he said all he really got to do was kiss Whitney's coffin and go. He didn't even get to speak to Bobby Christina. He felt that the Houston's were keeping Bobby Christina away from him. It's a great biography. This man has been through a lot.

We, as fans/listeners only see from the outside looking in. We will embrace all of what her persona is simply from her background and the image. Bobby Brown was a "self proclaimed" bad boy. It was clearly evident in that song, "My Prerogative." Apparently she saw something in him that no one else saw.

I was with my partner for 11 years. I broke up with him in 2011. We share kids together. We couldn't be together cos he was an alcohol addict. Since he died, there's not a day when I dont think about him. I suffer from anxiety cos we didn't treat each other nicely and coping with single parenting took a toll on my mental health and the fact I was grieving. All I'm saying is that people were quick to judge that I was over him and don't know what its like to be a single parent so don't judge Bobby's feelings for his ex wife. He might have still cared about her even though they divorced. It doesn't matter whether she was a drug addict. When you love someone, you don't care about the addiction.

I think what he meant by "bypassing" Whitney was and this is a true fact he did bypass her financially and did have a larger net worth than she did at the time they met and even more so by the time they married.

I wonder about this....had Whitney been alive today, would there still be some blame or strong hatred? Would we even care? Or better yet, how much support would we have given Miss Houston if she was still rock bottom? Cuz when I last checked, it was pure mockery and she was looked upon in pity or as a joke even. But she still had support, though. And now that she's gone, the laughter formed to tears.
@freddie0679 It was said in a statement that Bobby and his family were asked to move 3 different times during the funeral. He was confused as to why they kept moving him and wanted to see his daughter and security prevented him from seeing his child. Instead of making a scene he said he left and I think that was big of him because that moment, while he was grieving, was not about him.
