A homeless man carrying a long metal pole and wearing a helmet came onto my work property and stole my coworkers back pack. We went to look for him and we found him and got the backpack. When the cops came and we told them there is a psychotic man with helmet and 4 foot metal pole walking around, they interrogated me like I was the problem. he got violent with cops eventually and went to jail the cops tell us later. 2 weeks later he is on our property carrying a shorter bamboo stick looking to steal. Santa Monica is a joke, the people running the homeless program are lining their pockets with tax payer money while our state that brings in more money than a country runs a deficit due to corrupt people starting with newsome.
What is with these people still wearing masks?

One of my family members works at night and he pays Uber after work,he gets out at 12 midnight because in the bus there most of the time rides aggressive homeless people !!
