- It might surprise you to know that the Bible almost never describes heaven. We see descriptions of the future Kingdom of God and a city called the New Jerusalem, but none of these tell us what heaven looks like right now. So what do we actually know about heaven?

So glad to see a video distinguishing this. Also, there’s hell and then the lake of fire. Two different things that often get conflated.
So why Did Jesus tell us that in his fathers gouse there areany mansions &he. Is going to prepare a place for us???
There's a lot to that question, but essentially Jesus was using a wedding picture. In their society, a groom would build onto his father's house preparing a place for his bride before marrying her. Jesus says that the place where we will live forever with Him is plenty big enough... This, I think, refers to the New Jerusalem found in Revelation 21-22.
@@TheBibleExplainedThe Father's house is in heaven. New Jerusalem will come down on the earth from heaven. These are different.
Some translations say "many rooms" which is more accurate.
The description of His train filled the temple refers to the practice in ancient times when a king defeated another king(dom) the losing king would be killed and his train (part of his garb) would be removed and sewn onto the winning kings train. The longer the train the more victories a king had. God has the longest train as He is victorious over ALL His enemies.

John 21:25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.
1 Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
So, think about these Brethren: Suppose Jesus did this: He destroys Our Old Earth, then gives us a New Earth! Then He destroys our Old Heaven and gives us a New Heaven. And then a New Jerusalem and a New Holy Temple, which IS Jesus! (Praise His Holy Name)
And lastly: He will give ALL "Born Again's", a New Body, a New Name and a New Life. Which will be Forever; and be "ONE" with Jesus. To live in, all of those "Newbies", Forever. Wow!

Going back to Genesis 1:2, the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. Then, in Genesis 1:7, God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament. When the waters below were gathered to one place, they were called Seas. The water above the firmament was never named.

Idk if you agree with the book of Enoch but he really has a nice in depth description of his trips to heaven that could help you more
I sure hope he does mind if hes educated which i believe him to be! The book of Enoch was not very obviously for one written by Enoch. 2. It's a fact that is a much MUCH later writing. 3 it completely contradicts the Bible which is good enough reason to know it wasn't divinely inspired even if we didn't already know it was nothing more than just an extra biblical "fan fiction" writing! It's ok for a fun read and just interesting as a historical writing. It bares no weight in anyway to interpret with scripture though so be very careful with that. God bless. ☝️✝️🙏🙌❤️🔥

What is positioning of the seraphim vs cherubim relative to God's throne according to scripture
In Isaiah 6 they were "above" the throne, but in Revelation 4 they were "around" it (assuming that the beasts in Rev 4 are seraphim, as they seem to be)

Heaven is actually described as the new Jerusalem which exists in heaven right now, which does have the streets of Gold and currently where Gods throne is. Which was made from the foundation of the world and won’t be remade when God makes a new heaven and earth
It's there any actual basis for this? ... Because Jesus said that He would "prepare" a place, not that the place had already been prepared since the foundation of the world (John 14:1). Revelation 15:5 clearly tells us that there is a Temple in heaven, but Revelation 21:22 clearly tells us that there is no Temple in the New Jerusalem.
Everything we know from the text suggests that heaven is not the New Jerusalem, and the New Jerusalem is not heaven.

He actually has a video on the tree of life and I would love for you to do a video on that because he claims there are going to be normal people on the new earth that need the tree life to live forever!
