Ms. MOJO. You cannot be serious. Number 1 should be Colin and Penelope instead of Anthony and Kate. Season 3 is far better than Season 2. I've watched Season 3 more than 20 times since it's release on May 16, 2024
John and Francesca are so underrated, I mean two people who can be comfortable in silence! Also, knowing how they end, breaks my heart into a million pieces!😭

Francesca marries John and they are very much a love match. But John dies suddenly about two years into their marriage which also causes Francesca to miscarry their child. She does have a happy ending though; through their shared grief, her and Micheal (John's cousin, practically brother) become close friends and eventually lovers. They marry and have children together 😊

God I adore John and Francesca so much. Just the simple fact that HE LISTENED to her about the song and swiftly rearranged it to suit her shows how much he understood her. Like he didnt need big words or grand displays, something as simple as listening and taking action. And i find that absolutely endearing.

BUT Charlotte and George belong at number one. Their love story was so potent! I loved them but Kate “I’m Leaving for India” Sharma and Anthony “I Am A Gentleman” Bridgerton back and forth didn’t pull at my heart the way the King and Queen did🥹

Charlotte and George will always have to live with his chronic illness, which takes constant work and dedication, whereas the other couples resolve their obstacles by season’s end. That’s why I think they’re the best couple by far.

I guess you knew there would be differences in opinions. What we have in common- the Love for this series and the Number 1 will always be KAnthony! I am not a fan of Penelope after her MANY acts of backstabbing & treachery. I will never understand how you place POLIN ahead of Daphne & Simon, who started the genre of this series? Kanthony all the way ! They are passionate, romantic, they vex each other in the funniest way, they bring out the best in each other and it's so easy to empathise with them. There isn’t another couple that is capable of bring to life all of those emotions. It doesn’t matter that season 3 is not all out yet, because Kanthony will all always be the best couple even if the production didn’t show their wedding as they deserved. They didn’t need the enormous promotion that the prouduction gave to Poiln or QC to win people’s heart. Their chemistry is off the charts and always will be even if they didn’t have many s3x scenes, but of course I need to see other complete scenes of them like in season 2. If it’s not in season 3 part 2, I want this in season 4.
I'm so happy all my favorite couples are on the list! 💖 You guys made some very good and valid points with each couple though, particularly Simon and Daphne. I do hope we get a scene with Daphne apologizing for her mistakes next season. I still love Simon and Daphne though. ❤️ My favorite couple however has to be King George III and Queen Charlotte. 👑 I mean staying with your beloved spouse, even as they lose their senses and become lost in a world they can no longer understand? THAT is real love. 💖

It was a different time. Some of my students say, based on this and many other things from the past, that we have been living in a more restrictive society today than before. He did hide the truth and you do not do that if you love someone truly.

No, Simon and Daphne should have been placed at 5th Or 6th.
Now I know Simon and Daphne were problematic and that scene especially but you really have to understand the time period and their whole situation behind it. Simon also lied about not being able to have children. Yes, what Daphne did was absolutely wrong and no wonder why they are placed bottom of all main Bridgerton couples but they don't deserve the v last spot. Even below that married couple from this season. They were the least interesting to me and i dont think they are popular. Yes, they have a healthy positive relationship but they aren't famous.
Remember, it was the first season of Bridgerton that set the route to further seasons, that got ppl invested in the Bridgerton series to watch further. If ppl would have hated Simon and Daphne that much, if it had received negative ratings then maybe the 2nd season might not have been made.

I came for The Duke, but I stayed for Polin. Their chemistry, banter and friendship is so romantic, entertaining and sexy. Luke and Nic bond is so genuine and heartwarming, and it translates onto the screem quite beautifully

Season 1 just captured me. Yes, it was predictable and we knew what would happen but i loved Daphne and Simon . They gave me the “feels” which other couples didn’t. Maybe Charlotte and George. I’d rank them both pretty high.
In fact, Charlotte and George much higher because it wasn’t about petty squabbles with them. Their relationship was so real and admirable. The last scene under the bed makes me cry every time.
Season 2 annoyed me to no end with their inconsistencies regarding the Indian characters; i mean pick a fucking lane. They mixed so many different states and cultures in one family. Also Kathani is such a weird name. I’m Indian, I’ve met people from all over the country and never heard it. Also poor Edwina. She didn’t deserve that 🫠
My favorite is the story is Benedict and Sophie and Francesca and John/Michael is my least favorite.

People too hard on that Daphne scene, she didn’t SA him he was very able to push her off if he wanted to. He knew she was naive so he only was hurt once he realized she did it on purpose. It was betrayal not assault and she went out of her way to understand and accept his wishes hint her speech in the rain he the who made the decision give her children she just wanted her husband back.

Anthony had more chemistry with the opera singer than with Kate. Sorry but I found them boring. Simon and Daphne may have that « no consent » scene but their chemistry were fire. Penelope and Colin chemistry is off the chart too.

Almost 10 years pass in the books before they get together, Colin was never engaged to Marina, and he finds out about Lady Whistledown before they get engaged. Show Colin is not abusive in any way, shape, or form.
