I adore Peloponnese, my mother was born in a small village near to Ancient Olympia. Now for me is the number one destination for fun. Arcadia is the most wonderful region in the Peloponnese and the place that the Greeks started their tribe.
This was fantastic!!!! Greatly done! You could really do top 20 or 30 of Peloponnese places like : Kalamata Stoupa Kardamyli Foneas Pylos Kosta Navarino Koroni Finikoyda Epikourios Apollon full ancient temple that always faces Sirius Neda waterfalls Odontos train ride Patras Neighbouring islands like Kythira, Zakybthos, Elafonisos Rio Antirio bridge And the top coast of the Peloponnese The list goes on there is even skii villages. Enjoy people this region doesn’t disappoint I highly recommend it 🎉 And hiking the Tayetos !!!!
Been 50-60 times to Greece. Greece is heaven. And no. This is not Greece's best kept secret :D I have seen endless Greece videos on RUclips and seen many times Greece's best kept secret. They ALL are a bit Greece's best kept secret. And that is that Greece is tremendously diverse. Greece is what I call a collection of paradises. If I would somehow be able to show someone what that means, then they know. And my close friends and people who I have shown are all completely fallen in love with Greece. But there are many many big secrets all across Greece in countless of ways. Truly
Got to do a boy scout campout in the Peloponnese when the lived in Greece years ago. Magical is a good word. Stunning landscape, but woke up to some really cold late October mornings on that trip. Kalamata is on my short list of possibilities for retirement.
@@laura-bronner indeed and everywhere was unique beautiful but my heart is on the hidden beach of Ammoudia and in the evening the city Parga, just perfect for relax and good food😊☀️💛 sending lot's of love from Austria ❤🌞
Wow! I Learn alot from your Laura & I'm thankful. Very interesting & didn't realize it was so mountainous high elevation. Food looks amazing, did you try an incredible beer? Totally enjoyed this video. Thanks so much & happy summer trails ahead❤
Thank Lorraine! I'm so glad you enjoy the videos so much and you feel like you learn something from them! The beer in that mountain village was really nice!
my uncles wifes family runs the restuarant in poulithra! You truly have exposed some of the nicest areas. I mean leonidio was always poppin and especially plaka back in the day with tourists parking their boats and yachts from northern Europe. But these areas are a bit less traversed than others by tourists
The islands are over run by tourists and too busy in summer . Mykonos is a mad house in August because everybody wants to party there . I hate how crowded the beaches are and there are too many sun beds on the beaches and they are very expensive to hire . I rather visit the mainland of Greece . Peloponnese is one place I would love to visit .Fantastic video thank you !
Nice work, only observation is that you could have been a bit more descriptive on where you actually were located, for example, “ I am in the village of Tsintzina, which is located in the Parnonas mountains in the prefecture of Lakonia “. The same for the Geraki castle which is located in the Lakonia prefecture and also the Elona monastery and the towns of Leonidio, Poulithra & Tyros which belong to the prefecture of Arkadia.
So why tell everyone? Best kept secrets in travel should be kept that way, not abused by narcissistic travel bloggers trying to get attention. This is how beautiful places get overdeveloped. Plus walking around with a selfie stick is annoying to other travelers.

I've been going to kosmas since I was a kid every year going to Greece to see family. I hope you tried the galaktaboureko and melomakarona.
My wife and I love those deserts and I agree Kosmas is the best place to get them❤
Thanks for sharing your trips!

Kalamata is a very beautiful part of the region!
No matter what I am retiring in Kalamata. It has been my goal since I was a teenager. See you there.
I've been to greece more than 30 times but I love listening to your vlogs and the way you edit your clips😊🔝👍👌💛☀️🌻🌞
Wow! You must have seen a lot, what has been some of your favorite parts of the country?

I love your videos on the Peloponnese region. Just wondering if anybody speaks English there?

It is Cosmas village, not Cosmos. Just for people looking for it on the map...
Correct but spelled with a K not C.
Yeah, my Greek is not so strong😢
We have to stop the trend of "best kept secret" videos because....shocker...you're exposing the secret that deserves to be left that way.
Greek countryside is very beautiful but Athens was a great disappointment
I've been traveling the Peloponneisa for years so it's no " secret".
Imagine creating videos about Greece in this geopolitical world. Well maybe vatniks will enjoy it (views say much).
