Hello Monica! I sometimes feel so disturbed seeing an older woman like wakiama telling young women like us on how we should settle in marriage where infidelity is involved,this is so wrong..why is it okay for men to cheat nd women not to, remb even if its not physical abuse , emotional abuse too kills slowly.. infidelity should not be a one sided discussion to have..

We're not of the old covenant of akina solomon, moses David etc. We're of the new covenant of Jesus Christ. New creation created in christ Jesus. I never listen to marriage chancellors. Evn this cancelors wako na the same issues in their marriages it's only that wako job ya cancelling and they must please men in marriage cancelling to portray humbleness of a woman like a virtual woman in Proverbs 31 which churches and society use to enslave and abuse women. Bt the woman of Christ in the new testament is showered by love not works of the law and regulations unlike women of old testaments. We now have freedom in christ. Only a mad woman cannot humble to a loving husband bt unfortunately wako bt are minority. Women are created to be loved and men to be respected. So by loving a woman the respect comes automatically. That's why Jesus started by a dressing men to like love their wives just like christ loves the church. Then women humble to your husbands. Any forced humbleness is an abuse. Humbleness is byproduct of love. A man who hates his wife hates himself Am addressing to born again believers in Christ otherwise every religion has different beliefs.
I support you fully 💯 Nancy....I also don't get it why infidelity is right for a man but wrong to a woman......I personally can't advise anyone to stay with a cheating partner....you should leave him or her coz if that partner loves you him or her couldn't cheat 😃... anyway that's my stand and everyone has their opinions but women should be wise n don't lower their standards

I love Wanjiru KIAMA because she is very open and sincere and her advice is in most cases spot-on. As a man, I know both women and men sometime play mischief with their partners and whenever that happens, the couple should always sit down over coffee or tea or better lunch outside their home where they can have a candid talk in privacy and discuss the issues facing them with a view to resolve the matter between them. Having said that; women who 'cant handle it' are in good company, Sarah in the Bible couldn't handle it either, she asked her husband to send hagar away; God said to Abraham to do as Sarah had said and Abraham married Keturah AFTER Sarah's death. If men were taught and obeyed Gods word this conversations would not be necessary.

Thanks everyone for the comments. I take both negative and the positive feedbacks it's very healthy. But make sure you are not fighting because of the unfinished businesses you have from men or women. Instead of that seek therapists and you will be okay. Both negative and positive especially from women make me stronger coz I fly high above them like an Eagle. You can never live a positive life with a negative ming. Be blessed.
