This board is Ace Deck's, Stella Mini. It was a board for riders who want to enjoy a good range with a powerful performance by mini-sized. Also, the price of $699, which is lower than the Stellar S3, is very attractive, and it is considered to be the most cost-effective product among mini boards with powerful performance. On top of that, I liked this look.
I now have both the mini 3 pro and Stella mini, both sick boards. Don’t know to slap some bigger wheels on the Stella or leave it as is…. We now have some killer prebuilt minis, will be fun to see the future of this sport :). Great review!!
⚡🤙🏼 *I've been lookin forward to your video on this one!!* ⚡🤙🏼 I'm comparin this against the Tynee Mini 3 so thank you for the side by side shots! Similar price but deck shape is not different, wider... about 1kg heavier than the Tynee Mini 3 though 😱 I just wish this had a tail puck/protection 😭 Trucks on Acedeck Mini are noticeably wider than the Tynee Mini 3? I'm considerin buyin one, or a dkp mini comin soon from Meepo & Tynee. I'd defo remove at least one pair of risers to get the board lower 😂 Seems easier to do it on this than the Tynee Mini 3, I ride tighter trucks and smaller wheels, bein lower feels better. The fact that the remote shows board battery in 10 increments is super useful, not 4 or 5 like standard remotes. Those bushings/pivot cups need some of your white lithium grease, so squeeky 😂 They offer 115mm rubber wheel option but I wish they offered the 96mm or just the option to add 40T kegel pulley at a discounted pricd so I can use my kegel core wheels. I never use the abec style 90mm most boards come with. You looked like you had a lotta fun carvin on this one! 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Hi~ brother. Thanks x100000..... HaHa Stella Mini's competitor is the Tynee Mini 3 Pro, so there seems to be a bit of a price difference. And when I checked, Stella's truck was about 2cm wider than Tynee's truck. Also, I think the reason most mini boards use thick riser pads is because of wheel bite. Yes, as you said, the 10-unit battery level display was very useful when riding while considering the range. I also felt the need for lubrication, but after riding it for a while, there was no sound. But I still think it needs to make up for it I also wish that multiple-wheel pulleys and different-diameter wheels were offered as an option. Yes, the flexibility at low speed was not bad, so I continued to try carving.
I like torque, range, stability and portability and comfortable riding. Recently rode an Exway Atlas around NYC. Loved it, but wanted something smaller that I can carry with me. On my list is... (in order of current preference but I'm still researching) - ACEDECK Stella Mini (stable, torque, portable, range) - Tynee Mini 3 Pro (toruqe, portable, range, pneumatic wheels possible) - Tynee Stinger (stable, fast, portable, pneumatic wheels possible) - Onsra Challenger (stable, fast, portable, pneumatic wheels possible) - Exway Wave (battery swap, lights, app, portable) - Meepo Mini 5 ER ... unsure - Meepo Atom Mini 3S ... unsure Any advice? Is acedeck reputable if something breaks?
Didn't you get 20mi with the Tynee Mini 3 Pro, with the Hydro wheels? I'm curious to know your opinion on the Stella Mini running the Hydros as well. Torque comparison? I assume the Mini 3 Pro may have an edge based your reviews, which I find consistency as being your basis. With that said, it's the Mini 3 Pro worth the $300+ over the Stella Mini? Just asking of your opinion. For me, there are thoughts to consider as both of these products appear similar all around. But I must choose only one 😁
Nice review thank you ! Stella mini or Tynee mini 3 pro for confort and high speed stability ? The new stinger of Tynee and Stella mini looks like the same ( better battery and dkp for stinger )
Thank you for watching ~ and choosing between the two is difficult. Tynee had a sense of stability with large wheels, and Stella had a good sense of structural stability. The Stinger also has a longer wheelbase than the Stella Mini.
At first it was a little sketchy but after a couple hours no big deal I was expecting s+ to have more power, the motors are really quiet I guess that's why I'm not really feeling crazy power 🤔 I'm also rocking the 105mm

Is the Mini 3 Pro less wide? It seems so on this video. But on their specs website, it say that the deck of the Acedeck Mini is 250mm, while the other is supposedly 289mm wide? But on your video it seems completely opposite, that the Mini 3 Pro is less wide? Can you clarify the width of these two boards? Kind regards
What is certain is that it has more power than the Mini 2. And the center of gravity is low. In addition to them, it is worth considering if you prefer a wide deck.
That was a very informative review! It was very helpful. This is why I wanted you to review this board. 👏 I love the design of this board's deck, but I prefer less stiff boards. I had the Boosted Mini X, but I sold it because the movement was far too stiff for me. I hope Acedeck remodels the original Stella S1 board with the motor positioned in the same direction as this Mini board. The S1's kicktail would be more usable that way. We need a Stella S1 'Plus'-or X/S/GT/Max 😅. If the original Stella S1 had a bit of flex in the deck, bigger wheel options, and a motor position like this Mini board, even if that meant increasing the deck height slightly-but preferably without increasing the height-it would be the board I buy. 🫴💰😊
Looking for a first timer board how was this on rougher terrain? Would the S3 be a better option or can larger wheels on this guy work as well? Thank you,
Even for beginners, if you ride mainly in rough terrain, it is better to go to a board with tires than PU wheels. Since both boards are street-type E-boards, there is a limit to increasing the diameter of the wheel, and the torque decreases as the diameter increases, so they are not more suitable for riding rough roads.
@@Dubi00 In my experience, I don't think cloudwheels are suitable for rough riding perfectly... And if I were to recommend it considering the budget, I would say look at Meepo Hurricane Bambu, OMW's Cavalry, or Propel Pivot.
@@KAMiJUINs I guess when I refer to rougher terrain, not so much dirt but a street they may need some TLC. Other then that the Nomad series seem ideal as well from Acedecks if tires are overall best.
The battery capacity is the same, but the form is not the same. S1 is a 12S (43.2v) battery configuration, mini is a 13S (46.8v) configuration. Because of that, the mini can get more rotation if they used the same motor. Overall, the Mini had much more torque-oriented power than the S1.

The 13S battery configuration and 40T wheel pulley make the torque stronger. That has made the initial acceleration stronger.

The battery capacity is the same, but the form is not the same.
S1 is a 12S (43.2v) battery configuration, mini is a 13S (46.8v) configuration.
Because of that, the mini can get more rotation if they used the same motor.
