Sweet Jimmy yeah, the show was called “The State” and we didn’t have MTV in those days living in rural Northeast Georgia. We had about 3 channels with the antenna and Fox was one of them. I watched this show on Fox and I still remember the laughs!
This is the original version of this sketch as it had aired on MTV. For whatever reason a different take of this sketch appears on the DVD. It also carries over to Paramount+. I'm guessing this was in error...?
I can't even begin to imagine why this would have been changed. I did notice that A LOT was done to avoid copyright issues, and images were blurred out left and right during many of the sketches. I think that some of the music might have been changed too, but my memory of that is fuzzy. But, including a different take of this sketch on the DVD makes no sense to me at all.

I miss the state. Do you remember the sketch that was a play censored for television. All I can remember is they kept yelling "Poop! Poop!". At the end the said "let's get milk faced and hop around like bunnies". Then they splashed milk in their faces and started hopping around. It was one of the funniest things I've ever seen. If you post that I'd make you my god. I might even build a golden statue of you.
