Phil and roelly has better arms than lee. The 2 easily has better triceps than lee. His biceps are short and doesnt have the seperation between the tris like phils. He only got better forearms but phil has way better brachioradialis and more popping. Long arms will beat short arms any day

They took easier in the drugs, but most of them (not all) continued using it i think.
They didn't have a lot of drugs that bodybuilders nowadays have
Lol there is zero chance they went off gear during off season maybe cut back by 60% but not off, not to lose the muscle they work very hard to pack on
