    Loved lifting all through my 20s-30s, BUT the body will tell you when enough is enough. I'm a push up sit up no weight squat guy now just to stay in shape.

    Now the poor man can’t even walk. Crippled for life. I shook his hand and took a picture with him back in 2006. He was amazing. I know he say he regrets not lifting more. But I can assure you with the life he lives now, deep down he would have changed some things in his life.

    That year Jay Cutler did not push Ronnie the year before that they said they would mark Ronnie down in particular but also anybody else with a protruding midsection. Rodney came down a few pounds and had a better waistline, and for his efforts, they said Jay Cutler pushed him, so he went back up in weight. He won until his problems with one side of his body was too hard to ignore. I love Jay. I've gotten to talk to him, and I have a couple of his videos, but he didn't beat a Ronnie at his best.

    Here is what is freaky. His 500 pound bench press for reps 800 pound squat and deadlift, is a 2100 pound total in powerlifting!!! Ronnie was a gifted strong person!

    I never looked at Cutler as a contender, until 2001 he looked his all time best, his condition shocked me. He was marginally better than Ronnie. Man sported some of the most shredded quads of all time. Ronnie was lucky to get away with that win in 2001

      KrishnaSingh-ow1ie You trash Ronnie’s physique, but then praise Jays blocky, non conditioned physique. I like Jay bc I grew up during the 90’s and 2000’s, so I grew up watching and reading about these guys in all the fitness magazines. But jays physique was just nothing special compared to others. Just not very pleasing, blocky and never looked like he was conditioned. Ronnie in no way was ever my favorite; because that would be Dorian. But Ronnie’s conditioning, and Dorian’s conditioning, was something that Jay just never had

    Jay só emergiu por que o Coleman perdeu a qualidade com o desgaste natural.
    Dexter Jackson só ganhou por que o Jay subiu ruim.
    Dorian ganhou em 92 pois a IFBB queria outro padrão.
