Wig Tutorial: Catra Ponytail Tutorial

Our new Claire style is perfect for updos and ponytails where you may need a bit more length than our Jeannie base or Malinda styles. Watch as Malindachan uses this style to create Catra’s ponytail look from She-Ra and the Princesses of Power!
Ponytail tip: Since styrofoam mannequin heads can be smaller than human head sizes, we recommend padding up your wig head or using a canvas head matching your head size when securing styles into ponytails.
Heat tools tip: We normally recommend working between 300-350°F with Arda Classic fibers and wearing gloves for higher temperatures. If not using gloves, use a lower range you can handle. When using irons on areas where hairspray is present, lower settings are recommended.
