Does Ducati Corse modify their their stock swinging arms in a similar way for racing ?

Question. I have a 99 moster 750 and I was thinking of going with a single sided swing arm. What are the mods needed for that?
It’s doable just not sure of the exact mods
I'm no engineer or have any real knowledge of performance Ducati's. But wouldn't there be some kind of possible problem of being off-balance with all the aluminum inside the arm? But Yes awesome work!
