Ub city was top luxury mall in india,now Chanakya mall In New Delhi,Dlf emporia these came up and these malls are purely for uber rich people..first visited Ub city in 2010,later also went few times..it was made by Prestige group, previously ub city mall and appartments were owned by Vijay mallya,now he ran away from the country..he was also owner of kingfisher group (liquor, airline,F1 racing company, beverage etc)came under it also he owned Rcb ipl team..
